Best Pigmented Highlighter ?

I don't use highlighter often, but I would like do some research before I splurge on some more. The more pigmented the better ( since I have a darker complexion).

You can also talk about the worst highlighters you have used as well :P

If you ever have the chance to order from ColourPop, definitely try one of their highlighters. I find that they apply very smoothly, and they look stunning. A little goes a long way with them, and they are pigmented.

Jaclyn Hill is the queen of highlighter and I still think Champagne Pop (BeccaXJaclynHill) is one of the best.

That said, I've been digging the Tarte highlighter that came in the Tartiest Pro to Go palette. It's supper pigmented and looks very nice.

I will be following this post for sure. I have only tried a highlighter once and it wasn't good. I have recently purchased a Benefit highlighter online so I can't wait for it to be delivered. I'm hoping this one will be better.

you won't believe this but the best one for me is the essence pure nude highlighter. I grabbed it at shoppers for less than 5 bucks

I actually really liked the Maybelline Chrome Highlighter Master. Its super pigmented and very affordable. Under $10 you can get it at.

Becca, Stila, wet n wild, guerlain, Jeffree Star even though I don't like his ways, his highlighters are very pigmented. Limecrime Hi-lite palette is the best though! 3 shades very iridescent!! Makeup Geek has nice ones too.
