Campaign box not received


Does anyone have any experience in what happens when a campaign box is not received? I emailed as per instructions but I am anxious. 

I was really looking forward to the campaign but due to the current situation Canada Post is very behind and 99% of my packages without a tracking number have not made their way to me. I had hoped this one might sneak through.

If you still haven't received it because shipping is slow, ChickAdvisor is very good at providing deadline extensions to accommodate :) If you emailed them, they will get back to you and let you know what to do. They are very helpful and friendly!

If you've emailed them to let them know, you've done your part. They will either ask you to wait a few more days or they will leave a note on your profile so that you won't have anything against you for future campaigns.

Mail is slow everywhere it’s probably held up somewhere. It took me three weeks to get a couple parcels from Toronto area, which should be less than a week. As long as you contact Chick Advisor they will let you know what the next step is...
