How to deal with stress?

It honestly depends on the situation. My first option would be talking it out. Sometimes it's always better to vent a close friend and or family member. But there are times where I just want to be alone. Honestly, I would turn off my phone and watch Netflix, hit the gym and or take a walk. Btw... wine and or edibles help too lol.

The best way is to vent. Ones it’s out of my system then I feel better. But you cannot do that all the time. So other ways would be go for the walk. Do breathing exercise. It really helps.
Let me let you it’s not that easy. We think we are breathing what is this breathing excerise would do. It’s basically taking beep breaths and controlling your breathing which coms you down.

Try it. You can google it there are different ways to do this.

Deal with stress

I deal with stress by writing it out, journaling is a great way to get things in the open and do you can see and reflect on what is bothering you.

Whenever I feel get stressed, i just stop what I am doing and completely distract myself with either making some tasty food for myself, watching a few episodes of my favourite tv show, reading, walk my dog; basically anything that lets me have a few hours off. Also I use music to kind of destress. And fan fiction! it gives me a distraction for an hour or two.. The key is to listen to your desires.

Take 5

Stress. Sometimes I just need to take myself out of the room and take a break for 5 or a bit longer when things get too much. I’d rather do that than bottle stuff up. There’s nothing wrong with going out for an hour or so either!

Stress comes and goes

I deal with stress by embracing it and tackling it head on. I have to remind myself that stress doesn't last forever. It's sometimes hard to see outside the box when you're in the middle of it. It will always past though. Things don't always happen how we want, but they always work out how they are meant to.

If I'm in an extremely stressful moment I usually count in my head and on my fingers over and over. I also where an obsidian pinky ring and I rub it ever time I'm anxious. It's become habit now and helps keep me in the moment and calm down. Also giving myself a time out! If I'm in an argument I need to walk away. I'm a hot head and somewhat enjoy the arguing I think to some degree. I have always been a fighter. I find going into my bedroom alone or in the backyard let's me have time to think straight and calm down.

How to deal with stress

I deal with stress by making sure I do some self-care for myself. Such as a candlelight bath in the dark, colouring, napping and talking with friends or a therapist.

I deal with stress by doing things I love like reading, listening music, sports, just go for a walk sometimes it helps! I take some baths too
