Hecate1981 Stress comes and goesI deal with stress by embracing it and tackling it head on. I have to remind myself that stress doesn't last forever. It's sometimes hard to see outside the box when you're in the middle of it. It will always past though. Things don't always happen how we want, but they always work out how they are meant to.
If I'm in an extremely stressful moment I usually count in my head and on my fingers over and over. I also where an obsidian pinky ring and I rub it ever time I'm anxious. It's become habit now and helps keep me in the moment and calm down. Also giving myself a time out! If I'm in an argument I need to walk away. I'm a hot head and somewhat enjoy the arguing I think to some degree. I have always been a fighter. I find going into my bedroom alone or in the backyard let's me have time to think straight and calm down.
