SmartSource Dove Coupon

Hi Chicks!  We've received a ton of emails from you about the Dove coupon we emailed about on Friday. Many of you have said you've had technical difficulties or that the coupon is no longer showing as available on SmartSource.  Some of your emails have been really aggressive, even going so far as to call my team "useless" because of this coupon issue.  That is unacceptable.

SmartSource is a different company, not controlled or affiliated with ChickAdvisor, and therefore we can't fix any technical issues they may be having.  Our job in this case was to communicate the offer to you.  If you were unable to get the coupon to work, you will have to ask SmartSource for assistance directly.  

Obviously this is not ideal, and not the kind of experience we want our members to have.  We have advised Dove of the situation as well.  Keep in mind it is the weekend and everyone is closed, so it is unlikely anything will be fixed or addressed until Monday.

Oh Wow! I heard about this commotion!! Thats totally uncalled for and Im sorry you had too deal with such rude behaviour!!!

What I believed happened was this coupon link was ONLY supposed too be shared too the ChickAdvisor Members who did NOT get into the recent Dove Campaign....I have noticed that this coupon link was then shared ALL ACROSS the internet and a variety of coupon sites, forums, websites started too publish the link.....then people took advantage of it and started too print out over 40 of these coupons for themselves....Which then led too the coupon no longer available as the print threshold was over exceeded...

How can people be rude or aggressive for something like this?!?? My husband got that email but he is waiting patiently to see if it works or not by next week. We are happy with the opportunities provided in this site. Thank you so much Chickadvisor Team! Sorry to hear people was being mean to you! Ban them from new campaigns, this site is for honest reviews and we are lucky to get to try new products for FREE once in a while! Rude people have no place here! Chickadvisor, you have been nothing but amazing. We have been given so many opportunities to try new things and we must be greatful. I hope the issue with smart source gets resolved as i would love to have that coupon. But will I blame anyone if I don't? No!

Yikes! I'm so sorry you guys have had to deal with that sort of negativity! I still haven't figured out how to get my coupon, but dang I wouldn't dream of calling anyone "useless" because of a technical error!

There are FAR bigger and more serious matters out there to be worried about - chin up Admin Chicks!!

Um. What on earth!? I'll never understand the entitled behaviour of certain people. It really bothers me. I noticed the same reactions when hq gave away FREE grab bags and I read so many negative reactions to the items that were inside. I for one appreciate ALL of you at ChickAdvisor and everything you do for us. Huge amounts of love coming your way!!!!

So sorry to hear that people got so aggresive and crazy. I being a chick advisor member state here that I am fully satisfied with all that i get from your team, and the way you guys communicate about every single small detail. The real problem wasnt technical error, actually it was being shared on public forums and sites where people got it printed and are not even a member so i would not call it your mistake at all. Thumbs up for responding and resolving the issue still though 👍🏼

So unfortunate!

I missed out on the Dove coupon (sounds like I was one of many) but the circumstances and backlash are so unfortunate! It was just a great opportunity to receive the coupon in the first place and it’s so sad it was taken advantage of. I love ChickAdvisor and am always excited when I get to be a part of the product campaigns. Hopefully this doesn’t spoil similar coupon opportunities in the future. Ps - I have contacted staff in the past and they have been nothing but helpful and friendly xo

Wow, being rude is totally uncalled for. I'm sorry the CA staff experienced that.

I was looking forward to use the coupon a couple of days ago and I was also disappointed when I could not print it. I just read the email explaining what happened and I'm thankful that Chick Advisor was transparent and informed us about what happened.
