JazzBabyBlueHell Yeah!I recently went through a very bad 2-year episode of semi-agoraphobia. I say semi-agoraphobia because I could manage to go out with my daughter and/or son-in-law but rarely alone. During this time I noticed that I gained about 15 pounds due to stress eating and not going out for walks just to take a little exercise. I started doing some walking workouts that were posted on Youtube but it took me a while to find the "right" trainer - someone who took into consideration that some people might be beginners or who haven't worked out in a long time. After a lot of trial and error (and lots of sore muscles lol) I finally found Lucy Wyndham-Read. She has around 500 videos posted on Youtube that vary from absolute beginners to those who are used to working out regularly. All you really need is comfortable work out clothing, a yoga mat for doing floor exercises and a positive attitude. She never talks down to you or treats you like your an absolute loser if you skip a day or can't do the entire routine the first time around. She also posts really good tips about healthy eating and keeping a positive outlook on your fitness journey. I give her a big 10 out of 10! :)
