My cholesterol has been high, around 300, for a little while. I'm on meds for it, but it interferes with my IBS. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any answers or suggestions? Thanks so much.

Plus it's all about diet. The foods you eat contribute to your cholesterol. If it is still high on medication, you need to re-evaluate what you eat.
Eat more leafy green veggies and steer clear of butter, eggs and fatty fried foods.
