How do you release your stressors? Dealing with stress early on can prevent an array of mental health issues developing. Some common MH problems include anxiety and depression.

I release my stress by cycling and crochet! It's very therapeutic.

I do a few things to release stress. Some are not such good ways (I admit)
1. I spend time by myself when I am feeling stressed to avoid conflict.
2. I go for a ride in my car, roll down the windows, and blast my stereo.
3. I scream, I cry, and I slam doors.

Doing it while in a bath with a bomb and a glass of wine is even better.

1. Listen to my favourite music.
2. Enjoy my gardening.
3. Playing darts - this is good if you imagine your demon on the board and aim for it.
4. Scream, laugh, cry.
