Weight loss


Hey ladies looking for any advice you have for weight loss. I've gone from a size small in everything to a size large or extra large and I feel absolutely terrible and disgusted with myself.  I eat as healthy as possible and I'm walking but nothing feels like its working at all. A gym membership is out of my budget right now.  I threw out a bunch of clothes and just cry because of how ugly and disgusting I feel about myself.  Wondering if anyone here has any tips or apps they use and if you all have any suggestions

Weight loss

I believe that the first step that you need to do is come to a realization that this is who you are regardless of what you look like. you need to start loving yourself regardless of your size. when you can do this weight loss wont be done out of desperation and the results will be permanent as you will work slowly to achieve your goals. As someone who gained 30 pounds in 1 month I feel like i can relate to how you feel. due to your budget and circumstances the best thing you can do is make lifestyle changes. try riding your bike or walking to nearby places instead of driving and using the stairs instead of the elevator....simple things like that g a long way. cutting out all candy, chips, soda usually always works for me and i see results quickly. try having dinner before 6. you also dont need a gym membership to exercise. I live i a building so some days for 30 minutes i jog up and down all the stairs, this is one of my favourite things to do in my spare time. also drink tons of water. Apps and Fitbits are completely useless in my opinion. I bought a book that I keep as my fitness journal and i keep track of all weight and exercise done in there. once you see what you are eating or doing on paper it becomes easier to change habits and your lifestyle. At the end of the day though it could always be a health issue so make sure to get checked by the doctor and voice them your concerns as well. remember you are beautiful regardless of what you look like and carry yourself with pride always! <3

There are a few apps for your phone or table that are decent. I personally use an app called "Lose Weight In 30 Days.' It is a great app that helps keep me fit and feeling good.

HEY! Just recently, I found myself unable to get to the gym on a regular basis (it's really far from my house) so .. I hopped on Facebook and ended up finding a treadmill for $200 on the marketplace.

If you look online, there are a TON of free home workout routines, you just have to stick with it.

It's tough trying to lose weight, I gained 90 pounds and was disgusted, guilty, and you need to get up in the morning get dressed then crank really loud music that'll make you dance and feel happy. Start by dancing, excessive steps in between. It's hard until you lose that first 10 pounds but when you start to see a change in your body & weight it'll get a little easier. Crank those tunes. Get up, get moving. No one can do it but you❀ So chin up. You can do it girl. πŸ’‹πŸ’‹πŸ‘

I have never had a weight issue but if you gained so much and you eat healthy perhaps you should see a doctor to rule out thyroid issues or other medical reasons you could have gained so much weight. There's always things to help boost your metabolism such as cayenne pepper..etc. My son has just finished a personal training course and he says calorie counting would be the best way to lose weight so perhaps try a calorie counting app. And to lose weight try a high impact exercise routine. I reccomend Jillian michaels. A lot of her exercise DVD's are 30 minutes and with dedication they will yield results.

It could indeed be a thyroid issue if your gaining weight and eating healthy.. when you have a thyroid issue it messes around with your weight

Weight loss

There's no magic potion for losing weight, however because I've gained & lost & gained, I know it's tough you need to make a plan. But do it one day at a time. So start the day with a goal to only eat what you have planned. Do a 10 day cleanse. You gotta excersize to lose the fat you have stored up. You don't need a gym pass or excersize equipment. Go for a walk.play some music & Dance,dance like no ones watching. Eat smart. Huge salads, lots of fruits, soup. Best part is you can still eat & snack all day as long as there's no fat, high calorie. Only natural sugar from fruit. Keep busy. So your not thinking, πŸ€”πŸ’­what can I eat 🍟🍦🍴. Wow I felt like I was reading my own bio! Crazy how many ladies, people have same problem when I thought I was only one walking around that had gained so much weight. It is depressing, and all are right only "I" "you" can do it for ourselves and everyone's body is so different in responding to foods, exercises, medical issues. I will consider everyone's responses.
