Pregnancy craving related to babies allergies?

While pregnant, my aunt craved peanuts and peanut butter throughout her entire pregnancy, it was basically the only thing she consumed. Her son has was born severe peanut allergy, has anyone else had this happen to them?

Dairy allergy

I’m convinced that my little one has a dairy allergy because I loved all things dairy in pregnancy including chocolate which is not something I usually eat as it makes me feel sick.

My kids don't have any allergies. When I was pregnant with my oldest I pretty much lived on mushroom fried rice and steak.

Daughter is allergic to the skin of apples !

I ate tonnes of fruit during my pregnancy. My daughter was born with seasonal allergies that are horrible and gets extremely itchy in her throat when she eats apples. If it's peeled , she is fine. I don't understand why this has happened. Allergies are so strange in nature, I sometimes can't tell if she's got a cold or having a reaction to her environment. It's quite frustrating.

I didn't even know what you ate during pregnancy could cause allergies. Thankfully none of my four kids have food allergies. My little one just turned 3 months old so we don't know yet but I'm assuming he won't. I always give them foods such as eggs, peanuts and everything right away. I read that if you don't introduce these foods right away they might develop allergies. My sister and I were actually talking about the topic the other day saying how alot of parents are afraid to give there babies certain foods right away and it seems like alot of kids have food allergies now. We both have 4 kids and none of them have food allergies.
