Just Friends!!!???

Sorry I accidentally posted too soon when I wasn't even done. Ok so he finally took me out to eat because our work schedules are so different. I thought we had a great time together we were laughing and talking and our conversations weren't awkward at all although he didn't try make a move on me which I find it weird because at work he will touch my shoulder or bump into me on purpose. On top of that or date lasted only 1hr i thought after we were done eating we were going to go somewhere else since we never have time to see each other and that day we were both off from work and his excuse was that he had to go do something in school which I was completely ok with it because that was the only day he had time to go. So after he drop me off I said bye and he said he was going to text me later and he hasn't and its been 2 days. I know his busy but come on he can at least make time to send me a quick text. Now it makes me feel that he only wants to be friends because if a guy really likes you wouldn't he try to text you almost everyday or at least would want to see you again.

Just friends?

I refer you to a movie that aptly describes the "Just Friends" part of dating.

When Harry met Sally. Watch it .

Just Friends?

Give it some time. Maybe, he's really shy and you need to make a first move... Just text him a quick and simple "hey" and see if he replies. Remember just be confident and if he doesn't like you and just wants to be friends accept it. Sometimes guys purposely make you wait and anticipate their text so that you think about them more. Just watch out for simple hints showing whether the thinks of you as friends or not. Remember keep an eye out for the simple things. Have fun!

Yeah he actually came by to the store i work in because he saw me when he was passing by on his way to work. I was a little irritated with him all he said about our date was " did you dream about the chinese food" I was confused what he was trying to tell me i just responded "not really " and he said "well I did" and he left to another department of the store because I was helping out customers and he didnt even bother saying bye to me when he left. So I thought maybe he was going to text me and he didn't so I finally i texted him and yet he hasn't texted

Just Let it Work it's Self Out

Figuring guys out is hard, especially when you are working with signs... he might seem to like you one day and on an other occasion he completely flips the script.I had a "similar" situation where I was talking to this guy for a couple of weeks and one day everything changed overnight. We had plans to meet at the movies and as usual I would text the day before to confirm... this time around no reply.

I kept wondering hourly why he wasn't texting back. It usually use to be a very quick response. So after a couple attempts of reaching him I just had to let it go because it went from texting all day to nothing at all. At first I was really sad because everything was going so perfectly. I felt like the least I deserved was an explanation to the sudden change of mind... was it something I had done or did he find someone better along the way? Anyhow I learnt from it and came to the conclusion that sometimes you just have to let things work themselves out or in my case let them go.

You're absolutely right. Yeah me too I will love to have a explanation why he stop talking to me like at least something so I can move on instead of the "silent treatment" it gets me really anxious!!! I know he went to texting me almost everyday to no more texts all of a sudden "what a huge CHANGE lol. He actually replied back to my text but no "lets hang out again" or no "I had a good time with you" nothing So yeah I'm guessing he wants to be "just friends" Yeah letting it go is the only option since I made an effort to reach out to him first and I don't want be the "first" to text him all the time because it might make me seem desperate. I'm not looking forward to bumping into him at work I think I might get mad at him maybe acting like nothing ever happen or like his nobody especial to me might be the "best" option for me maybe??

Yes: Just Friends

I guess you are right. But you were also right to question whether he was looking for a relationship or... Certainly just go on with your life because he is...lol sad but true.

Let's be clear!

You're expecting him to text you "Let's hang out again"... why don't you try it yourself? Maybe he's not quite sure about how YOU felt about the date so he's shy to ask... You want to go out again? Just ask him! He'll have no choice but telling you whether he's interested or not and then you'll be able to move on with your life or have another great date with the man ;)

If it's meant to be...

It will happen. It sounds like he just wants to be friends. Perhaps he's just confused as to what he really wants. He is a boy afterall and they confuse easily ;-) Don't sweat it. Just relax and see what happens.
