Heaven in a bottle. Oh man do I love this stuff. The best dipping sauce for steamed bao. This makes the best base of a marinade for any cut of beef- the match is just perfect. So delicious if you add soya, chilli sauce, garlic, ginger, etc- perfect marinade. Also makes a fantastic glaze. Try it!
