Cruetly free toner!

I found it difficult at first to find how to best apply this toner. It comes in a spray bottle, and says to use 2-3 mists or spray a cotton ball and wipe over face. I found 2-3 sprays was not enough, and the cotton ball absorbed most of the product. 4-5 spays work best to cover my face and neck area. Overall, this product does balance out my skin, and i find it's less oily at the end of the day then when I don't use it. Dries quickly, and has defiantly balanced out my skin tone. Will be re-buying.
