- filling enough to sustain a person until their snack time
- lots of vitamins and minerals to replace any that would be missing by skipping a meal
- plenty of protein and adequate fibre

Cons
- some less healthier ingredients (e.g., corn syrup, palm kernel oil, chocolate "flavoured" coating)
- wouldn't be suitable for a vegan

I received the product for free via Chickadvisor. This is my true experience with Adrien Gagnon meal replacement bars.

I am a community health care worker who works very unpredictable hours. I find myself picking up extra hours on the fly with no meal in the car. Too often, I zip through a fast food joint on the fly. As I have started gaining weight I recognized that this was part of the problem and had considered how I may change the bad habit. This was a very timely review opportunity. I put one in my nursing bag, and yesterday had my first bar. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I enjoyed the chocolate, felt...well...decadent. I ate it with a cup of Tims at 1145. By 630 pm I had still not experienced any hunger pangs. I found a box expensive, but if it replaces a meal, I am actually saving money...all the while getting much needed nutrition to go about my day.

I received these delicious bars from chickadvisor to try and I am definitely a fan, they are so yummy and fill you up between meals. I ate one after lunch and didn't find myself craving anything else until dinner . will be purchasing more! Recommend to anyone who finds themselves snacking on not so healthy foods throughout the day, these bars satisfy the chocolate craving with the extra calories and sugars that come with a traditional chocolate bar!

Wow, I just taste tested the Adrien Gagnon Nutriforme Decadent Fudge Meal Replacement Bars. The following is my personal experience with this product. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing smell. The bar itself looks appetizing. Taste has left something to be desired. My first bite had me thinking I might like this and that it would be a great way to loose weight. I really like the added touch of the crispy bits in the bar, but by my third bite I had my mind made up that this is not a product that I would like to have in my house regularly. I did not like the taste in my mouth after the second bite but decided to give it a fair shot and took a third bite. After the third bite… I do not like how the flavour has coated my tongue and throat. I do not like that it has made my whole mouth extremely dry. I am left desperately wanting a drink. For me this will not help me to loose weight because if I do not like something that I eat I stop eating it a look for something else to eat right away. I have my doubts that this will keep someone full until their next meal time also. I couldn’t finish the bar in fact I wrapped it up and stuck it back in my sample box. Maybe I will pass it on to someone else in my household to see if they like it better than me.
I have never had any other energy/ meal replacement products before this one so I have no basis for comparison.
Personally I would not purchase this product nor would I recommend it to a friend based on my experience.

this is just a meal replacement I guess it may be better than some of these replacement bars they taste good but there are other ones that are just as good

I have tried several different types of energy bars. I don't see how any of them help more than eating a regular chocolate bar would. They are much more expensive and really do nothing to help you loose weight. Save your money.

I know when it comes to meal replacement bars its hard to find good ones. well this bar is really good. Its so good it taste bad for you. The taste is really good the fudge melts in your mouth.

they are very yummy even on the go, like my self with two children im a vey buzy mom that works 6 days a week they keep me energized and I would highly share with anyone
