I give these bars an average review because that's all they were. Like most other meal replacement bars they were bland and dry. If they weren't so dry they would have been much better .

I was choose by chickadvisor to test the Adrien Gagnon Decadent fudge nutriforme bars. I was really happy as I go to the gym 4 times a week. I tried them all and I am happy with the effectiveness. If you eat the bar slowly with small bites I found that it works very good for me. I rarely eat breakfast so I went to the gym and after my training I ate the bar (around 10am) and I am please to say that I was not very hungry around lunch time so yes it works. The negative point for me is that those bars are way to much sugar for me. They can cut sugar probably by half and it will be better. I recommend them as yes they are effectiveness but too much sugar for me.

I was a bit hesitant about these at first, but soon fell in love with them - and the best part, they actually filled me up until my next meal, which is a hard thing to do. I'll definitely be buying them!

These decadent fudge meal replacment bars taste great and are filling. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great tasting meal replacement bar.

Thank you Chick Advisor for giving me the opportunity to try the Adrien Gagnon Decadent Fudge Bars. I was expecting an awesome tasting bar but it was just off. It might have been the ingredients used. I won't be recommending as it wasn't my favourite thing to eat.

I was pleasantly surprised with both the taste and texture of the Decadent Fudge Nutriforme Bars. The texture was fudgy without being cakey and had small bits of crunch that were a nice touch. They tasted somewhere between a protein bar and a chocolate bar and for a protein bar that is saying a lot! They didn't have the typical "protein bar" aftertaste which was a relief. 18g of sugar is a bit high for a meal replacement bar in my opinion but for something to keep your calorie intake even it was a nice treat from a meal replacement or protein shake. It had a fairly low sodium count too which was a positive. All in all I would use it again, but probably not as a daily thing because of the sugar content.

I received this product as part of Chick Advisor's product review club. I didn't really like these bars. The taste was chalky and artificial, and I didn't feel like they kept me feeling full for very long. I don't think I'd be able to sustain eating them as part of a weight loss or weight maintenance program. There are better tasting bars that would be more motivating to stay on track than these.

I received the Adrien Gagnon Decadent Fudge Nutriforme Bars for free as part of a ChickAdvisor Product review Club opportunity. I was excited when these arrived as I was looking for a good tasting, healthy meal replacement bar. The bar tastes great and holds true to its name...decadent. It is filling and leaves you satisfied for hours. Unfortunately, they have ingredients that I am not fond of, one being corn syrup. I personally don't believe corn syrup has a place in any diet. The other issue for me is the amount of carbs per bar - 35grams. This high for anyone who is trying to balance their protein/carb intake.

I was a little wary of trying a meal replacement bar, but I was so pleasantly surprised. I often don't have time for breakfast in the morning, and these bars were a simple on the go solution to that. They are a tad thick, but once I got used to the consistency, I fell in love! If you like chocolate and live an on the go lifestyle, these bars are for you! I found the Adrien Gagnon Decadent Fudge Nutriforme Bars to be very filling. I used them as recommended as a meal replacement and actually felt full after eating one. These would be great to keep in your bag for when you are on the run and do not have time to eat a meal.
