Heavy duty cream with maximum care.

I recieved this product for free from #chickadvisor #tryitfree. This is a thick crème that actually goes on quite light and silky. My husband has very dry and cracked feet, and my son has sensitive skin that gets rash. I have used the balm on both and it has been very useful for my son as it creates a smooth barrier preventing rash on his skin
My husband hasn't seen as much of an effect on his heels with this crème but it's still early days and I think with a bit more care, he will see more of a difference. I use it on my feet, elbows, cuticles hands and knees every day after a shower to help keep my skin soft and supple. I find it's great for my dry skin in these areas and it's an amazing overnight hand mask. You will have new hands in the morning! I love that it comes in a massive tub so you can slather it on as much as you want with worrying about running out too soon. No scent so it doesn't compete with any perfume you might wear or if you have sensitivities to fragrance.

Relief from Cracked Skin that Works

I received a large (312g) jar of AVEENO Cracked Skin Relief CICA Balm last week. It was put to use immediately to help my hands recover from a particularly difficult, dry winter. The balm looked like it would be very greasy but I was surprised to find that, while it felt like grease as it was applied, within a minute, it had been absorbed, leaving no sticky residue. I am applying it three times/day. At night, it was applied and then cotton gloves worn overnight. While my skin is still in recovery mode, AVEENO Cracked Skin Relief CICA Balm has had a very positive impact in that recovery. I am pleased it comes in a large jar as it will take a lot of balm to get my hands ready to meet spring.
The one problem encountered is that I had a great deal of difficulty getting access to the balm as the foil liner didn't come away from the jar easily. I had to use a sharp knife to get the process started.
I will be using this product routinely now.

True to its claims!

I'll start out my review with the nasty reality of the state of my feet: I have cracks and callouses year round. I'm outside gardening barefoot all spring/summer long, while the winter dryness is equally as damaging.
I decided to start my trial using the Aveeno Cracked Skin Relief Cica Balm for three nights with no other effort in aiding my poor feet. There was a noticeable difference after two nights. The callouses were softer and splits and divots less noticeable. The rest of the skin on my feet was no longer dry (the grey dullness and flaking was gone!).
This product has been a blessing! After years of different, ineffective products, I now have a go-to! After the third day, I started using a pumice stone to smooth out and scrape off the excess skin. A week later, there are minimal signs that I had nasty Shrek feet!
Aveeno Cracked Skin Relief claims to intensely moisturize on contact. For once, a product does what it claims! It's hypoallergenic, fragrance free and contains no parabens or steroids. I'd say it's a pretty good value, at a price of $16.47 on Walmart online and $19.99 at Shopper's online for a 312 g tub.

Excellent moisturizer

This product is excellent for moisturizing even the driest skin! It has no distinct smell which is great for people who are sensitive to that sort of thing. It also absorbs very quickly into the skin allowing you to get dressed and ready for your day quickly.

I lent this product to my mum who has psoriasis and she found it very helpful on her dry spots and intends to purchase this product to help with her dry patches.

Cracked Skin Healing

I received this Aveeno Cracked Skin balm to try out for free and I was immediately impressed with the large size of the container. I have cracked skin on the bottoms of my feet and hands from the weather but especially on my hands from frequent dish washing. It can get itchy, bleed and look not so nice. I liked the lack of scent and the balm felt lightweight and smooth. I used a small amount on both hands and it did not sting. It absorbed well into my skin. One hand stayed moist and soft throughout the night but my other hand was still dry. I think continous application might benefit me so I am excited to see the results. I like that the tub is large so the value is definitely there. I often find when I am out and using my hands often in addition to the wind and weather, I need several applications so am not sure how I would efficiently lug a big jar on the go with me. Maybe if this also comes in a to go version then I would be 100% happier. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this unique product to my mom who works with her hands in the kitchen and suffers from cracked skin. Great product! There is nothing like it on the market.

Does exactly what it should.

You pretty much can't go wrong with these tubs of Aveeno lotion- they're always fantastic and this one is no exception. It's immediately relieving, somewhat cooling and does the job, but it's admittedly not my favourite product from the brand! I find it to be a touch greasy and takes a while to settle into my skin. Still, that's better than absorbing immediately and doing nothing, so I'd call it a win. I'd suggest it to anyone with really, really specific dry/itchy skin issues who have time to wait around with wet patches. I'm glad I got to try this free through ChickAdvisor, it's definitely an inexpensive, effective option.

Love this amazing product!

This is an amazing product! It really does what it says, intensely moisturizes on contact! I have a very dry skin especially during winter times. I did see and feel the effectiveness on the first use. My cracked feet looks so much better now and so happy. It feels thick upon application but soft and smooth in just a while. Fragrance free is a plus for me since i am not a fan of scented lotions or creams. Highly recommended!

Very effective cracked skin relief

Noticible changes after 1 application! Cracked skin releif, it adds great moisture to the skin. I put on before bed and use on my hands through out the day. Very effective as the pictures are before and after 1 application

No more cracked heel

My heels are very cracked esp when I live in a city with dry and cold winter. This works perfectly. I would apply this on quickly after I shower to lock in the moisture. The consistency is thicker than the lotion I would normally use. After I apply it, I would put on socks to lock the moisture and it won’t smear on the floor and bedsheets. My skin is less cracked the next day. It’s perfect timing because it’s sandal season. Great value for the tub as you get a lot! Definitely recommend

Good Overall Product

Received a few days ago as part of the PRC. Great texture - and large jar make it a good go to all over body cream. My main problem area is my hands, so I prefer the ointment version of this product. This balm is great though - easier to apply than my regular aveeno lotion as it is thicker. Would need to use for longer though to determine how it stacks up against other aveeno everyday moisturizers!
