Aveeno beaume anti-démangeaison soin eczéma

J'ai eu la chance d'essayer ce produit gratuitement grâce à chickadvisor et Aveeno. Ma fille de 3 ans a des grosses poussées d'eczéma à chaque hiver et on essai donc de la soulager pour éviter les blessures à force de se gratter. Cette crème convient parfaitement pour hydrater en profondeur et calmer les démangeaisons! Il ne faut pas confondre avec une crème qui enlèvera l'eczéma mais plutôt une solution temporaire pour diminuer le grattage et ses effets. Ma fille à très bien intégrer l'application de crème après son bain, à sa routine. Le seul bémol c'est qu'elle est sensé être non graisseuse et mon conjoint déteste l'appliquer car elle laisse les mains 'grasses'. Sinon je recommande ce produit qui aide grandement à l'hydratation avec de bons produits!

My eczema is rather severe, especially when the winter season approaches. I am lucky enough to have a wonderful girlfriend who got this for me for free from ChickAdvisor and highly recommended this product. I have been prescribed many different steroid creams that work well but they are not something anybody would want to be dependant on to use twice a day - they are simply not good for your skin. I have tried everything non prescribed from coconut oil to hemp seed oils and I must admit nothing has compared to Aveeno's Eczema Balm. It is described as an itch relief balm and this stands true. Balm is good way to describe it because it isn't like a typical lotion that most people would expect - it's thicker which acts like a gentle coating protecting the effected areas. Surprisingly it has a mild scent and it doesn't grease up my clothing like other items I have used in the past. I can honestly say this is the first non prescribed alternative that I have used that literally stops the itching, and for roughly 20 bucks a tub I will be buying it again if mine ever runs out!

L'hiver il fait extrêmement froid dans la province dont je réside. Je fais donc souvent de l'eczema durant l'hiver. J'avais trouver un produit qui me soulageait, mais je le trouvais très gras et n'aimait pas la texture. J'ai eu la chance d'essayer Aveeno Eczema gratuitement avec Chickadvisor et j'ai trouvé un nouveau produit efficace, qui soigne et arrête mes démangeaisons du à mon eczema. J'adore la grosseur de ce pot et il en vaut le prix. Maintenant je n'utiliserai que ce produit.

Excellent produit pour l'eczéma!

Je souffre d'eczéma depuis une vingtaine d'années et j'ai essayé toutes les crèmes, lotions et baumes sur le marché. J'ai aussi reçu des prescriptions à base de cortisone qui ont aidé à contrôler mes crises d'eczéma, mais qui ne soulagent pas les démangeaisons.

J'ai eu la chance de tester le baume anti-démangeaisons d'Aveeno et je dois admettre que j'ai été épatée par les résultats! La texture du baume se fond bien dans la peau et ne laisse pas de sensation collante. Étant donné qu'elle calme les démangeaisons, je n'ai pas le réflexe de me gratter, alors mon eczéma s'est considérablement amélioré. Je pense que ce baume, en combinaison avec mon onguent à la cortisone, contribuera à faire diminuer drastiquement mon eczéma. Aussi, son rapport qualité-prix est excellent; j'ai l'impression que le gros pot me durera pour plusieurs mois! Je recommande aux personnes souffrant d'eczéma d'en faire l'essai.

très efficace

Ma fille et moi faisons de l'eczema depuis plusieurs années maintenant. J'ai été choisie afin de tester gratuitement ce produit grâce à chickadvisor. Cette crème est vraiment miraculeuse et l'apparence de ma peau s'est nettement améliorée depuis que j'utilise cette crème. Je recommence à toutes celles qui font de l'eczema ce soin merveilleux. Mes mains ont retrouvées leur douceur d'avant. Seul petit hic, elle brûle lors de l'application si la peau est vraiment abîmée. Sinon, je recommande à 100 % cette crème!

Effective but Inconsistent

To give you a context for my review, I have struggled with sensitive skin and eczema since I was a baby. My skin gets dry quite easily and our Canadian winters do not help. I am also a total Aveeno girl. I take frequent Aveeno oatmeal baths in the winter and am never without my Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion on my nightstand. That being said, I liked this product but was not in love with it.

As anyone who struggles with eczema knows, you will try anything and everything to relieve the itch and sooth the rough patches and redness. As as result we've all tried countless products in our quest. While I found this balm to be effective for certain patches of my eczema, I found it totally ineffective on others.

I noticed that it worked wonders on old, stubborn to heal patches, yet it was pretty ineffective in soothing my new flare ups. I had a few patches of skin with lingering redness, but not that much itch that had been around for months. Somehow this balm eliminated the rough patch and redness on these after a few days of applying only once a day after a shower. However I had some new flare ups occur while I was using this balm, and it did not seem to significantly reduce the redness or the itching on these. Unfortunately it did little to control the spread of the new flare ups as well.

I will also say that it is not the type of balm that soothes the itch on contact. Many other eczema spot treatments claim to do this (and some do it well) but I don't think this balm is meant to be used that way. Where this product excels is as a daily general skin care product for itchy, dry and sensitive skin. It is a large tub (excellent value) and the condition of my skin where I had been using it is great. For example, I have several patches on my hands (particularly at the wrists and knuckles) so I used this balm 3 times a day on my entire hand. My hands are soft and the skin is smooth and moisturized. It hasn't controlled one of the new flare ups on my wrist, but the overall condition of my skin is lovely, and the roughness and redness of some older patches has cleared up.

I received this product free to try from Aveeno and the Chickadvisor Product Review Club. Overall I do not think I would purchase it in the future but I would recommend it to a friend. Just because it wasn't entirely effective on my eczema does not mean that it would not work for others. Furthermore, it is a high quality product and a great value for the amount you use, and how far it goes.

Very creamy and so Soothing

This cream is really great. I have very dry skin and have been trying to find a product that will help reduce my dryness. This cream is so smooth and creamy goes on very soft. It absorbs really fast, which is great. It doesn't leave behind a greasy residue that transfer on your clothing.

So far since I've been using it for a week I have really noticed a big improvement with my dry skin. So much more softer and less irritated.

I really love this product and highly recommend it to those who suffer from dry irritated skin.

Too oily for me!

Aveeno Eczema Car Itch Relief Balm works well on dry skin but it is too oily for me and my husband. It did not work for my husband, he had a reaction and then his eczema spread even more (very sensitive skin, cant use many products and this being another one he can't use on his skin). As effective as product prescribed by doctor

I have recurring eczema on my neck, last year I went to dermatologist and was prescribed with betaderm, steroid based cream. I couldn't stand that smell, it was really horrible. Aveeno eczema care cream has so subtle smell, you can barely notice it, and it's not awful. Cream is thick, very fast absorbing, unlike prescribed one, and free of steroids which is very important to me, because I have my eczema about 2-3 times a year, so I'm very grateful for this more natural opportunity. Though of course have to mention that it takes a little longer to show it's full effect, but it's still worth it. Will definitely buy more.

Safe and soothing

I finally found something that works!

I’m one of those magical people that passed on my finicky skin issues to my poor children. Imagine my surprise though when I was sent a free sample of something that worked on ALL of us! It completey cleared up my son’s eczema and stopped him from scratching constantly. It cleared up my two year old’s face rash (because yes, it’s THAT gentle). It fixed my dry/frozen hands that I was previously putting lotion on almost constantly with no results.
I’m one of those people that usually have 8 different lotions for different things kicking around the house. I haven’t touched any of them since trying this stuff. It’s seriously that good. The scent is minimal and soothing (and completely nonmedical smelling, which seems to be a common theme with lotions that I have tried in the past that are eczema specific). I can’t recommend this stuff enough!
