MASSIVE Staying Power Eyeliner

A hidden gem in one of beauty's slightly forgotten brands, Avon.
I've been using Avon's 'Blackest Black' Glimmerstick Eyeliner pencils for about two years now and they are one of the best budget eyeliner substitutes that I have ever come across.
7am: Top lid eyeliner applied
10pm: Looks exactly the same AND I haven't had to faff about with liquid eyeliner.
