    Good overall

The first thing you need to realise, if you're considering gummy vitamins is that they are not as good as pill vitamins and they never will be. Gummy vitamins are for two reasons:
    1. Children, to entice them to eat vitamins or
    2. People who cannot swallow pills and choke, but have deficiencies so it's literally a game of getting what you can into your body.

The simple nature of a gummy vitamin is that you can't pack the same nutrients in because of the format and also because you have to be concerned about taste. So, in my humble opinion, if you can swallow regular vitamins, do that instead. However if you, or someone you love has throat issues and cannot swallow pills easily, this is an option that at least offers some nutrients.

So before I break down exactly what you're getting, let's talk about my other issue with these. They are called One A Day, but the actual dose is 2 vitamins daily. To me, this is really annoying as it's blatant false advertising and quite misleading. At least the pack is big, so at 130 gummies per pack, it will last you 2 months, so essentially $15 per month (at time of review), which is an ok price for gummy vitamins and compares to my usual brand.

    Each 2 vitamins contain:

    VITAMIN A contains 960 MCG
    VITAMIN B6 contains 4 MG
    VITAMIN B12 contains 12 MCG
    VITAMIN C contains 20 MG
    VITAMIN D contains 10 MCG
    VITAMIN E contains 9 MG
    FOLIC ACID contains 200 MCG

So for the RDA (recommended daily allowance) for an adult man, these 2 vitamins daily contain:

VITAMIN A RDA = 900 MCG so it contains 107% of your daily intake.
VITAMIN B6 RDA = 1.3 MG so it contains 308%
VITAMIN B12 RDA = 2.4 MCG so it contains 500%
VITAMIN C RDA = 90 MG so it contains 22%
VITAMIN D RDA = 15 MCG so it contains 67%
VITAMIN E RDA = 15 MG so it contains 60%
FOLIC ACID RDA = 400 MCG so it contains 50%

You can see those top numbers are pretty good, but on some of the other vitamins it dwindles. Compared to my usual brand, on some vitamins this offers a pretty good percent, but it falls lower on some too. On top of that it offers a very small amount of different vitamins, some gummy vitamins on the market offer more than 7 nutrients in them. Given that the vitamin industry is poorly regulated, so without a lab it's impossible to know how accurate the information here is, going with a big brand like this one is probably a safer bet.

To summarise, overall these offer a limited amount of vitamins at a reasonably good percentage, women might consider taking folic acid and vitamin C supplement on top of this, especially if considering pregnancy. However, the price is reasonable (given that they last two months) and even if it is misleading to call them One a Day, overall they work pretty well and can give a needed boost to those who cannot take traditional supplements.
