Has a neutral taste

I am very sceptical about using margarine because of it taste and ingredients
Becel unsalted margarine contains canola oil 51% and vegetable oils 29%. It also contains omega 3 and omega 6, another source for omega.
The taste and scent are neutral which is good for baking to have baked goods without strange taste.
For mostly recipes the butter needs to be soft so I need to take off from the fridge ahead, this margarine I could use straight from the fridge as it soft as needed.
The package is very handy if you don't have a kitchen scales, there are four individualy wrapped sticks with measurements in cups, ml and tbsp.
I baked cookies and banana breads replacing butter with Becel margarine and everything turned out delicious.
I'm avoid using modified palm oil(and I know lots of people who do this as well) and I would be glad to see another alternative in margarine ingredients.

I would buy this product again and again.

If you want to make very delicious sweets you will not find the best of this butter to use. I've used it beforehand and the result was that I got a very delicious flavor.

Amazing product

I am so in love with this!!! I am always baking and making things for my family and you have made my life wayyyyyyy easier. I love how they are premeasured sticks so I no longer have to try and get messy while filling measuring cups with butter or margarine. I have no idea why this product wasn’t created years ago. It’s a must have staple in every kitchen. I highly recommend this product especially for moms who are trying to make things for their family with not a lot of time on their hands :) I will definitely buy over and over again.

I chose the unsalted sticks and had the opportunity to use them for both cooking and baking. This is a great product for those that are looking for a healthier alternative when purchasing butter. I didn't notice any difference in taste so your recipes will not be in jeopardy! (very important to me).

Parfait! s'utilise comme le beurre

J'ai eu le plaisir d'essayer gratuitement la margarine BECEL non salée en bâtonnet et je dois dire que j'ai été agréablement surprise. Ça se travaille comme le beurre et rien n'y parait dans les recettes !!! Je suis conquise, une version plus santé et végétale !!!

My new favorite baking product!

I received a free product coupon in order to test this Becel unsalted butter ,free. I absolutely love how the sticks were so conveniently pre measured and were still soft straight from the fridge! Baking is one of my favorite hobbies, and I tested this butter for myself in one of my most favorite cookie recipies, and they turned out amazing! With the small amount left over after baking, I used on sandwitches and to cook with, and everything tasted great! Normally I do not purchase butter and opt for margarine instead due to the lower price, but the Becel sticks were extremely reasonable in cost and I will certainly be using them again soon!

Convenient!

These Becel sticks are definitely convenient. The pre-measured 1/2 cup sticks make baking easier and faster. I especially like how they don’t need to be softened from the fridge before using in baking. These sticks replace butter in recipes for the most part but I did have one baking recipe that didn’t turn out. The dough crumbled instead of holding together in that recipe. I had no issues using the sticks in cooking. I have already purchased these sticks again. The price is more economical than purchasing butter sticks and has half the saturated fat. I definitely recommend trying these.

Super Convenient!

We like to keep butter handy for cooking and baking so I was excited when we were chosen to try this new Becel product. We are already avid Becel users so we love the brand already. Can I just say that having pre-measured sticks that don't need to soften is just genius? It definite saves time in the kitchen and it just makes it that much more convenient to use. We chose to try the unsalted version and used it in our cooking and baking and we thought it tasted great. And because it's already softened, it's great for spreading on toast and other breads. An Amazing Product!

I was recently given the opportunity to try the Becel sticks and chose to try the unsalted version. As we have vegans in our family who visit frequently I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to do some vegan baking. I used the product to make vegan chocolate chip cookies, they came out amazing! The fact that this product is in sticks with measurements printed on the wrapper is great and made it very easy . It is also immediately ready to use straight from the fridge . Everybody loved them not just the vegans. They were soft and tasted great. I've also used this product on toast as well as on vegetables. I also used it with some lemon to top asparagus the other night and thought it tasted just as good as a butter sauce would have. It also meant that the vegans in the family were able to enjoy the same meal we all did.
I liked this product so much I've since gone out and purchased the Salted version.

Love the pre-measured butter!

I received Becel's Unsalted butter for free from the Family Rated review club for testing purposes. I am someone who loves to bake and the pre-measured butter sticks are perfect! I made banana bread and used 2 sticks. I love that the ingredients are made from plant-based oils and contain less saturated fat compared to regular butter. It is always comforting to know that I am using healthy ingredients to cook and bake for my family. In result, it was easy to use the butter (creamy and soft) for baking and it made the banana bread really moist! I have not try to cook with the butter yet but I am sure that the outcome would be positive! #free
