Great butter

Great tasting butter. I loved the softness and smoothness of the butter. It is spreadable even when just taken out the fridge. I also like that is plant based. Great for cooking, baking, and as a spread.

A Healthy Substitute

I am a regular Becel margarine user because it is a healthier alternative to butter, but find it hard to measure out. I was excited to try Becel plant based bricks as I figured it would be healthy and convenient. Happy to say is much easier to measure due to the gradings on the package. Very smart!
Taste was good, and very smooth. I have tested it as a substitution for lard in my banana bread, and worked great. I have used instead of butter to fry and worked well. Overall I was happy with this product and will be adding it to my staples list.

Couldn’t tell the difference!

I received the Becel plant based spread for free from @familyrated in exchange for my honest opinion. I found that this product looks and tastes just like butter. I have used it on toast as a spread, as a cooking ingredient and in baking and the results were perfect each and every time. I do a lot of cooking and tend to use butter a lot so I am happy to have discovered this product which is a healthier version since it is vegan and dairy free, having been made from different oils. I will definitely purchase this product again.

Impressionnant

J'ai eu la chance d'essayée ce produit grâce a Family Rated club. Tres bon produit. Apres avoir cuisiner avec ce produit,je n'ai vu aucune difference avec le beurre dans le gout et meme la texture.En plus de manger beaucoup plus sainement.Je recommande ce produit a tous ceux comme moi qui veulent manger mieux sans perdre de gout.

Becel wins!

This product tastes like butter, acts like butter but is totally plant-based. I love it! I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the taste and texture of real butter but is trying to eat a more plant based diet.
I have cooked with this, baked with it and cannot tell the different.
Becel has a winner on its hands!

Great in baking

I decided to try this product in a batch of cinnamon buns I was making and was pleasantly suprised! It mixed in easily and never added a unwanted taste. It was a perfect addition to baking!

Just as good as butter

I was impressed with how the Becel unsalted plant basis brick performed. Unless you were able to compare for taste and texture side by side one cannot tell the difference from butter. I tried it on toast and although the butter side tasted creamier, it didn't affect taste. I baked cookies with half the recipes using Becel and the other half with butter. The Becel cookies were a little flatter but overall, I could not tell a difference in taste. It is softer to use and cut through but overall, it's a great substitute for butter.

Becel has a winner

We really enjoyed our Becel experiment and tried it a number of ways. It was great in baking cookies, garlic bread, general cooking as well as sandwiches. 2 thumbs up!
