I feel kind of odd proclaiming my love of a fibre supplement, but I totally do!

This is the easiest way to add a boost to your daily fibre intake as you can sprinkle in pretty much anything and not taste it. It doesn't go clumpy or gross and is easy to drink if you add it to water/juice. They also make this in packets (think Crystal Light singles) that are strawberry lemonade and they're just as great. It is a bit expensive, but totally worth the price.

A great way to get extra fibre. I also sneak it into my kids food. It works really well for my daughter (6yrs old), when she gets backed up. She doesn't know it's there and I have peace of mind knowing that everything will work it's self out naturally. It is a must have at my house!!!!!!!
