This product is great and it mixes fantastic and works great

Though I do like the fact this was a flavourless fiber supplement I was displeased with the amount of flatulence it produced in me. I was farting so much after I started taking it that I had to stop because it became impossible to cover my farts in public. On the bright side they were pretty odourless, but VERY loud in a way I couldn't conceal. So my review is that it works for the bowels but not necessarily for your social life.

I was asking my pharmacist about PGX to help loose weight, she advised me to use Benefiber instead so I tried it. What a great product, adds fiber to your diet so quickly and easily and overall is not that expensive (1/2 the price of PGX) and it did help me to shed some unwanted pounds.. I love the ease of use, sprinkle it into a drink, add to your soup, cereal, whatever. No taste, you do not even realize it is there. I usually get it at SaveOn Foods.

I feel like this is the best fibre product on the market. There is absolutely no tast and really does dissolve completely!

A great solution to getting the fiber needed every day with no bad taste

I use Benefiber several times during the week. I like how it dissolves completely and it tastes great. Not only can you mix it in water but milk as well! I've even mixed in with fruit shakes! It works wonderfully!

I like that it dissolves completely and there is no grit once mixed. I put it in water with a squirt of Mio.

Used to use Benefiber every morning. It was a simple and effective way to get the fibre I was lacking. Unfortunately I can't find it in stores anymore. Not sure why they took it away but if they bring it back I'll be buying it again!
