Never use again! I applied before using my eye concealer and it set the delicate skin under my eyes on fire! The burning lasted about 10 minutes and it didn't work any better than my cheaper brands.

i have nothing positive to say about this product. i received a sample with an online order, and wasn't really sure if i liked it or not. i was considering buying the full sized version to get a better feel for the product, but after seeing many not so positive reviews, i decided against the idea. i recently picked up benefit's pretty committee (which i am overall impressed with and will be reviewing as well), which contained a smaller size of the stay don't stray. it claims to prevent eyeshadows and concealers from creasing, but how is it supposed to do that when it itself has creased before my eyeshadow brush has even touched my lid?! the idea of a pump is nice, but you can't control it, and even the slightest bit of a pump results in way too much product, and you end up wasting most of it anyway.
    soooo not worth the money.

I still don't think this is worth the price tag ($26 USD), but I've managed to find a way to use it up. I don't like this as a shadow primer, but on days when I need to slap something on quickly, I'm in a rush, or I just can't be bothered with makeup, this comes in handy. I apply it on my lids and under my eyes -- it doesn't necessarily "conceal" but it helps and it does crease but it's not too extreme. Then I go over my entire face (including where I put the Stay Don't Stray) with my powder foundation. So while I still won't repurchase this stuff, I've found a use for it!

I was at Sephora yesterday to pick up another tube of my Laura Mercier primer and decided I would try Benefit’s. I don’t wear eye shadow but I love primers because they can stand alone. Eyes look more refreshed as fine lines are minimized and the eye area is brightened. Primers can mask minor imperfections, redness and/or dark circles...

I think I prefer my Laura Mercier one only because it comes in a range of colours. Although Stay Don’t Stray is neutral and would likely flatter everyone. The lightweight formula was easy to apply and blended easily. I think I look more awake, although I may not feel it. Nothing a cup of coffee won’t fix, but at least I look the part.

I am a big fan of the Stay Don't Stray concealer/primer! I personally find it to be my go to concealer vs. primer, although it does both wonderfully. I find with using this, I need very little if any additional concealer under my eyes, maybe only a little pressed powder. I prefer this to concealer as I have yet to find an under eye concealer that doesn't feel like paste and liquid ones like this generally don't have enough coverage for me. I can get pretty dark circles under my eyes and I do find it does the trick in masking these appear less visible. My first trial of this lasted over 4 months and I use it every single day! The trick is only using a very small amount which can be tough with the pump application. The only thing that would make this product even better is if it had a great under eye moisturizer built in. I need to use a lot of moisturizer underneath it, in order for it to go on smoothly but with enough moisture it glides on easily as compared to most concealers. It is also a great primer for eyeshadow and a quick fix when I mess up my eye make-up application which I inevitably do.

Benefit's "Stay Don't Stray" is a creamy eyeshadow and undereye concealer primer. It claims to help eyeshadows and concealer stay put for hours on end, preventing creasing and fading of color. You get 10 ml of product for approximately $25 and the bottle is equipped with a pump. I thought the pump was going to be a good thing, but it tends to dispense more product than I need, therefore wasting primer. I would have preferred a sponge tip applicator.

As for the primer itself, it comes out as a pigmented cream, however, this blends in well with your skin. I thought it could double as a concealer, but the tiny veins on my eyelids were still visible. The primer isn't too tacky, so I do like how it absorbs into the skin.

I am very torn with my views concerning this primer. It does do it's job at keeping eyeshadows on for hours and I did not see any creasing whatsoever. However, as an undereye concealer primer, I did not feel it did a great job. My concealer still ended up migrating after a few hours and I noticed creasing in the fine lines under my eyes as well as build up at the outer corners of my eyes, due to the shifting concealer.

Considering the price of the product and the fact that it does not do everything it claims, I don't think I will be purchasing this again. I will only be using this on my eyelids from now on.

I have a smaller version of this that came in the "Stay Put" Set and love it! The smaller version does not have the pump, but you apply it with a sponge tip (much like lip gloss.)

This is a primer that you can use both on the lid for shadow and under the eye to prime for concealer. I like that this primer is tinted a light skin tone shade and it is perfect worn alone on those days you want to go "bare" but want a more perfected look. It also works as a great primer (as it should.) I used this with a few shadows that I love, but know they crease. After wearing them all day with this primer, I am pleased to say that I had no creases! I love that it actually works! I will be buying the full size soon, as the little one is not going to last since it is my new go to primer.

I feel tricked and ripped off from this product. The pump gives you about 5 times the amount you need. So, I guess I will use this up 5 times as fast.
Over all, the product works well, but I can't get past the packaging.
