Eliminates zits!

I received this product free in exchange for this review. I love this gel! It goes on smooth, absorbs easily without leaving any residue & definitely improved the acne I used it on. I would buy it again!

Effective spot treatment

As a 5% benzoyl peroxide spot treatment, it focuses on new erupting pimples that are angry and swelling. After using the gel, the swelling comes down after a couple of days. It did not cause any further irritation. I suffer from adult onset cystic acne and look for products that have active ingredients to help keep my acne at bay if possible. I tend to have pimples around my nose and chin. I notice that when I use benzoyl peroxide gel, my acne tends to heal faster and become less irritated within a day or two. This active ingredient helps in times where cystic acne forms and causes unusual bumps on the skin due to the buildup of bacteria underneath. What I love about this gel is the smoothness and lightweight texture.

Does the job

I liked using this gel as a spot treatment specifically where my acne was. I noticed after using it that it reduced the redness and swelling of it and where there was a new breakout it helped reduce it. It was not harsh on the skin and did not cause any irritation for me. I would recommend trying out this product.

Amazing Treatment

As the final step in my acne care regimen, I apply this gel as needed as a spot treatment or for troublesome, larger areas. The Benzoyl Peroxide formula works well to penetrate any bumps starting and I can feel it working deep into the skin to kill bacteria and treat the area.

This product is a thicker gel texture that is easy to expel and apply with the slight scent of peroxide. However, the scent does not linger after application or have a strong scent.

I used a small pea size amount for my jaw line and chin area which was enough to cover both areas. It was easily absorbed into the skin. I used this twice daily and had no problems with dry skin, even after my acne had cleared up.

This acne gel is a great targeted treatment and preventative measure that is simple and convenient to use, making it the perfect finishing touch to acne treatment care!

I have combination acne prone skin and I definitely recommend!

Works well

I love that this contains 5% Benzoyl Peroxide. Benzoyl Peroxide helps to eliminate acne-causing bacteria and unclog pores by clearing away dead skin cells. It adds oxygen to the skin, which in turn reduces acne-causing bacteria's ability to cause redness and inflammation.
The Acne Gel had a lightweight, gel consistency that absorbs well and can be used as a spot treatment multiple times per day. When I feel a pimple coming on, I apply this twice a day to prevent inflammation and redness.

Great product/not abrasive

I really enjoy this line of Benzagel Acne products as they are very soft and do not rough up your skin. The acne gel was effective, it had a scent to it that I didn't really care for but overall good product.

Best acne spot treatment

This gel is better used to prevent acne rather than a solution for existing breakouts. It’s a slightly thick and balm like formula that contains finely milled 5% benzoyl peroxide which acts as an antibacterial agent. I love this stuff! I’ve been applying this regularly on my problematic areas and the breakouts didn’t get a chance to start. I also used this as a spot treatment on a pimple and it disappeared within 3 days.

Best spot treatment

This is the best acne spot treatment I have tried. It heals up the acne and even reduces the appearance of the dark acne scar. The only problem I have is my skin is a little itchy in the general area which may or may not be from this product. Overall though I am very happy with how quickly this cleared up my random breakouts

Great Value!

This gel does its job and helps minimize acne. It is not super drying so it takes a couple applications to diminish larger spots but that means its not doing much damage to the skin around the acne. It comes in an impressively large tube for its price and will last you a while. Definitely a great value. I would recommend to keep this on hand for when you feel like a pimple is coming you so it can do its job immediately.

what a great product its so fine and not at all a grainy texture. It feels so nice on the skin and left me acne free. totally would purchase if i were you
