A friend of mine turned me onto this as a facial cleanser. I have been using it since the summer and I notice my skin is softer and more evened out. I use it only at night (once a day). My skin is super sensitive to different products and I usually like to stick to what I know works. I am at an age where I am starting to worry about wrinkles so I am trying an oil which I never would have done earlier because of breakouts. This oil did not cause me to break out but I do notice that my face is way shinier, which is not what I want but I am going to stick it out a while longer because I am happy with the softer, evened out skin.

Bio-Oil was a great reliever to the recovery of my skin as my skin healed along my hair line after surgery. It relieved burning and dry stretching feelings. I also realized the improvement in my skin as I used it all over my face. Also great for dry lips!

I love my Bio-Oil and use it every day. My daughter loves My Bio-Oil and she also uses it every day. I share Bio-Oil with her and her friends by making them travel size bottles to take along in their purses.

Yet another overpriced stretch mark cream promising miracles, doing nothing. After a year of use, this oil has done nothing for my scars or stretch marks. It's moisturizing, I'll give it that, but that's about it!

I didn't get a whole lot of stretch marks after my daughter was born, but enough on my belly that I was self conscious about. I had high hopes for Bio-Oil when highly recommended but it just didn't work for me. Maybe because I only used at night before bed since it's very oily on the skin and I wasn't found of the smell, but I just didn't see any results. For the price I paid, I wouldn't buy again.

Bio oil is great for small areas - I used on a couple scars I had on my legs and visibly saw results after 4-5 applications! I would suggest using this at night as it is oily & can leave residue on clothing (depending on the area used).

I didn't find it worked even though I used it multiple times a day, and have used it for long enough where it should have worked but no, it didn't even fade them, it's just greasy and made my skin itch where I put it

I initially purchased it to treat scars on my face and body, and this is exactly what it is marketed for. Well, that and preventing stretch marks. It definitely did improve my minimal scarring, but wasn't very pleasant to use. I don't love the fragrance and it left a pretty slippery feel to my skin. This is one of the most popular oils out there since many expectant mothers use it to help decrease their chances of developing stretch marks throughout pregnancy. I can't speak for that, but I do know that any other oil will probably do the exact same thing. Stretch marks will happen regardless if they are genetic, but constant use of oil will help reduce their severity. Bio oil does mention to use their product for at least three months to get results. The main ingredient is mineral oil, which isn't comedogenic but also isn't very natural. It also includes some natural oils, including rosemary and lavender, which could be irritating to sensitive skin. Take note.

i used this product after i had my first child.
I was self conscious about the stretch marks i had received and the use of this product decreased the look and took some away.
it was nice because it did not soak into my clothes and didnt remain oily for a long period of time

I really enjoy this product.
While it didn't improve the appearance of my scars or stretch marks, it definitely improved the appearance and texture of my skin. It didn't leave my skin feeling greasy either, it absorbs well all over.
I like to mix it with my body lotion so I can get it everywhere evenly and you get waay more usage out of the bottle.
Works well as a cuticle oil as well. Definately buy if your looking for something to help your skins texture but it doesn't help with the other things
