I have the worlds most chapped lips. No joke. So upon a friends recommendation I went out and bought Bio Oil vitamine E serum. I found it to have a very strong, unpleasant smell. Extremely sticky which means I'd get it all over my hair, 'cuz my hair would touch my lips and then get it smeared across my cheeks thanks to my hair. Perhaps there are better uses for this product than chapped lips, there are definitely much much better products to use for chapped lips (ahem: carmex). I've read this product to be amazing for other jobs (e.g. stretch marks) so I'm sure this is great for those purposes but it wasn't good for me. I have pretty much the whole bottle of the stuff sitting around collecting dust.

I purchased this hoping to fade my scar on my arm a bit. I didn't finish the bottle but I used more than half of it and it doesn't work. I don't notice if it faded or anything. The formula is really greasy and overall, I don't think it's a very effective product. It could be that my scar is really old..I don't know what criteria it has to be in but this product was not for me.

Maybe this works for others, but it did not do anything for me. I used it on my face every evening to help diminish some blemishes I have on my face, and it did make my skin soft, but my skin did break out and the oil did not help my blemishes at all! If you are curious about Bio-oil I suggest you should try it because it is only 10 dollars and I know it has worked for a couple of my friends and their scars from surgery. I don't regret buying it, because it does make your skin super soft. But I won't be repurchasing this item.

It works for me. It keeps my skin soft and gets ride of new scars. It does not get ride of old stretch marks or old scaps.

I thought the product was just ok. I was expecting great results for my scar, but it seems to be fading just as quickly on its own as it did with bio oil. It is quite oily, but it does absorb quickly. Its a good price, but no major changes in my scar. I would not go run out and buy this product

It's not as effective on darker skin. I say you are better off with using vitamin E oil. its a little cheaper and just as effective on marks.
