Smells great!

I got a full size and a travel size of Bio-oil in my Chickadvisor Showcase at-home box. I'm in the second trimester of my pregnancy now, and I was looking for something to moisturise and help prevent stretchmarks when they announced the Showcase box contents.

The packaging is simple, it's a plastic bottle with a twist on cap. The oil itself smells nice, like baby oil. My son loves helping me apply it on my belly and he also thinks it smells good. It does keep my skin nice and moisturised. As for preventing stretchmarks, it's still too early for me to tell as during my first pregnancy, my stretchmarks appeared during my third trimester.

That said, it is quite expensive and I'm glad I got to try it at a discount thanks to Chickadvisor Showcase.

Soften not Oily

Super soft and no oil residue from the BIO-OIL .. love the travel size and the everyday version. Smells so pretty and it helps with my dry skin as well all the troubled areas. Hoping long term it will help fad my scars and stretch marks. One can only hope and believe it to be true! I would totally recommend it!

Im soo glad I was able to stock up on bio oil at the chickadvisor showcase! Its so great in the summer time for cracked feet and elbows!the feeling of smooth skin after is awesome

Way to much scent

I've used this product several times. I haven't noticed any improvements but I know you need to use this long term in order to. I do love using this on my cuticles. It absorbes quickly but I find it's way to purfumed for me.

Need more time to tell

Feels wonderful on the skin, but impossible to review / see effects after only single use. Will update my review on this website after using longer.

Sinks right in!

I have tried every oil on the market and never found anything quite like this one. It sinks right in and leaves a light subtle fragrance that dissipates after a couple minutes. I can get dressed as soon as I apply the oil to my skin and be on my way! #biooilskincare

Good but not great

I love bio oil for my scars. I wish it had a pump!!! I wish it didn't have mineral oil in it. I wish it was cheaper since it has mineral oil in it.

It works well to fade my new scars to old scar colour. It also is really hydrating I usually mix it into my lotion for an extra hydration boost.

First time trying Bio-Oil

This light oil is supposed to be great for reducing the appearance of scars and stretch mark. I can only comment on my first application of it, and not on its long term effectiveness. It has a pleasant, light floral scent. It absorbs relatively quickly and it leaves my dry skin feeling soothed. It’s also non-irritating for me. The full sized package is 200ml and is good for 36 months after being opened, so it should last for quite some time. It looks like it will come in handy for the dry, winter months coming up.

Not too greasy or thick. Smells pretty good too. It “helps to improve the appearance of uneven skin tone in both light and dark skin types”...so that’s good! And it contains the breakthrough ingredient “PurCellin Oil.” Do you know what that is?

I love the look and feel of this product. For an oil, it absorbs quickly and not sticky at all! The scent and texture is very appealing. I look forward to seeing the results in the coming months!!
