Boost hyperprotéiné de Nestlé fait maintenant parti de ma liste d'épicerie. .J'ai aimé son goût, bien qu'un peu trop sucré. J'aime sa formule complète qui m'a permis de garder mes forces entre les entrainements. Je l'ai aussi essayé en remplacement de repas et j'ai trouvé qu'il m'avait apporté l'énergie dont j'avais besoin pour me rendre à ma collation. Son format est pratique et il s'apporte facilement. C'est une solution idéale pour éviter de manger sur le pouce lors des déplacements, ou pour combler nos besoins lorsque le temps manque. Il est facile à trouver en pharmacie ou au supermarché (j'ai vérifié).

I was able to try this product free through #chickadvisor and was a little skeptical at first but in the end I was quite happy with the taste. I like the idea of having a drink that gives me all the benefits of getting my protein, calcium, vitamin d and iron in one drink.
It can be a little pricey but if they ever go on sale I would consider buying some for a quick boost when I am on the go.

I received the chocolate flavored drink for free and I loved it ,the flavor was nice and not too sweet .I love the fact I can still get all my nutrients in a drink when I don't have time to eat,its great to have for breakfast and some I drank late afternoon ,which held me over until supper .The chocolate flavor was enjoyable ,even thought my daughter hated it ,I thought it was quite tasty . Definitely a good product

This is right up my alley. I love protein and I try to make sure that I get enough protein in my diet, can be difficult to do as I'm not much of a meat eater at all, so it's not easy to meet my daily requirements of protein. I'm usually on the go and don't have a lot of time always to make myself a healthy protein shake (which is my daily breakfast),

I love the chocolate flavour, it's very creamy and smooth and not too sweet. I appreciate that this drink is much lower in sugar than most drinks. Ideally, for me, this would be made with stevia and have even less sugar. Hence, why I limit myself to one of these a day. I don't just love it in the morning though, I also love it as a snack and before and after a workout! Tastes like a treat without the guilt.

The taste and nutritional profile of this drink is much better than other, similar drinks on the market. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is trying to fill in nutritional gaps or those who need something health to have on the go. Not only do these have a lot of protein, and they're lower in sugar than most drinks but they also have 26 vitamins and minerals, plus calcium and Vitamin D.

I love these for a healthy on the go snack. It's hard to find these days and these meet my requirements.

I received a sample of the new Boost High Protein Chocolate Shake as a member of the Chick Advisor review club.

The shakes come in plastic bottles, 237 ml. per serving. They do need to be refrigerated for several hours, and then given a good shake before opening and drinking. The packaging is excellent - there is a double seal to prevent tampering and spillage.

The taste is a lovely, creamy, chocolate.... nice silky texture.

I have mixed feelings about this product. The taste is good. It is an effective meal replacement... keeps you filled up for a few hours. But, I am disappointed with the ingredient list and that there is so much sugar in the product.

I am not sure I would purchase it for myself.

Finally a meal replacement drink that doesn't taste chalky! I was sent the Vanilla Boost High Protein for free in exchange for an honest review. This meal replacement tastes like a rich dessert when chilled, definitely drink it that way because that's when it's delicious, I didn't care for it at room temperature. Great for being on the go, have a busy day and no time for lunch? This will keep you feeling full and because it tastes as great as it does it feels like a nice mid day treat! Definitely recommended to anyone on the go!

This was difficult to open and would be a concern if some sick, weak or elderly tried to open the bottle themselves. The Boost drink was very rich and creamy chocolate and the richness made it filling. Overall, if I needed to improve my health I would buy it.

I came into this product review with skepticism. I have not yet tasted a meal replacement drink that hasn't tasted like chalk. Well I was pleasantly surprised this time. No chalky taste! It did actually taste like chocolate. I wouldn't say it was delicious by any means but it was tasty enough that I would happily drink it often as a meal replacement or in addition to a quick meal on the go. The only real complaint I have is the 15 grams of sugar in the small bottle. That's really high. It did leave me feeling satisfied though and I didn't feel overly full or bloated or like I wanted to eat more afterwards. I will buy it and use it in the future but I think I'll try the diabetic version to have less sugar.

I am not a breakfast eater as solid food does not sit well in my stomach when I first get up so having a Boost with all the vitamins and minerals certainly is a good way to get my day started. I love the flavour and the fact it has added protein with a low calorie count.

I #gotitfree from Chick Advisor and Boost, I was very excited to #tryboost, and was excited to receive it on Thursday.. Straight into the fridge it went.
A couple of months ago, on a weight loss journey, I figured out that skipping breakfast was causing my metabolism to really slow down, and I had to figure out a way to stop my body from going into starvation mode. I started drinking Carnation Breakfast Essentials, and have been enjoying it, one challenge was taking it on the go...cup was quite dirty and milk in the car all day was not great. So when I heard about Boost as an alternative, I was happy to realize that there is an alternative, which I can bring with me, and recycle the bottle. Also great for days when I'm low on milk. Great tasting chocolate flavour, easy to drink, and packed full of protein, such a great thing for weight loss. I will definitely be buying these again, and look forward to trying it in different flavours.
