Definitely not made for people with noses like mine, cause even when I got it to stay on with some ductape it didn't help at all!

Couldn't get the strips to stay on even though I followed the instructions. Gimmic. Doesn't work.

This product does open your nose on each side so you think you are getting more air into your nose. But they do not stop snoring or a clogged nose.

My husband snores like a tractor. When he has a cold, he snores like a tractor on steroids.
No matter which way we applied these, they did not work. We followed the instructions, got the right size, used common sense/are not idiots, and still nada.
Do not recommend if your husband sounds like a jet engine. He's already far beyond conventional help. :(

work very well when you have a stubburn cold. wish these were less expensive though

Do you snoe. well thses strips will actually help stop that, while letting you breathe properly and get a good nights sleep. So easy to apply (put on), just follow the instructions on the strip packaging (its actually on each strip cover). Comes in a variety of sizes and I love the ones for sensitive skin, very effective but removes much easier than the others.

My husband wears these to bed and it almost stops all his sleep sounds except his gurgling the odd tie but i can go to sleep knowing he won't be snoring!

I have always seen these but never tried them until my husband brought home a pack. In my head I was like what's that gonna do? But I was surprised by how well they work, it really opened my nostrils so I could breathe better. Here's to a better sleep!

I was really excited to hear about the Breathe Right Nasal Strips. Having read the insert about the strips assisting with snoring I received a sample and gave it to my partner. My partner is a snorer and for the first night that he put it on, i slept peacefully. We then purchased the full box of Breathe Right Nasal strips and after 5 days of peaceful sleep, the snoring came back to haunt my dreams. As effective as the strips were initially, they don't seem to last to assist with the snoring.
