I have really bad allergies (dust, animal fur, pollen, pretty much everything airborne prevents me from breathing :P). Seriously, the second I put a breathe right strip on it's like a miracle! So -that's- how a nose is supposed to work! I don't know if this helps with snoring (according to my parents it doesn't at all) but if you just want allergy relief so you can sleep more easily, this really works.

Also, I have really sensitive skin and I was sort of afraid the sticky part of the strips would clog my pores and potentially give me acne but I've never had a problem in that regard.

I received these free samples in the mail for the Breathe Right Nasal Strips. I found that they were very effective in helping you to breathe better with a cold or flu. Especially at night when it is dry. Although I found them a little uncomfortable at first...they are very stiff and elastic and I felt it pulling on my face a bit but once you are asleep its great!

My parents used to use these, and believe me, they do not work! I know that they aren't putting them on incorrectly because Idouble checked that w/ a follow up visit to the sleep clinic. Considering how much you pay for these, they did not do anything for them - at least that's my experience. I'm the one that had to suffer with limited sleep w/ or w/o nasal strips. It didn't decrease the severity of the snoring or the disruption in their breathing patterns - nothing.

I got a bunch of these in the mail recently and gave them a try. I really took my time to read the instructions about placement to make sure I got the proper affect. But they only opened my nostrils, sinuses a very little to help with my sleeping. Really aren't worth it to me, especially with how super expensive they are.

I use the Breathe Right Nasal strips on a regular basis as I have mild sleep apnea. The strips help keep breathing passages open , so I am less likely to stop breathing in my sleep. I have tried cheaper versions of this product and they do not work as well...so don't work at all. This is a brand I will stick with always

These worked great for both my boyfriend and myself as we are both heavy snorers. The only downfall is pulling them off in the morning--a bit like ripping a band-aid off. Overall I would purchase them again as they do leave you feeling open and calm when you wake in the AM!

This works really well if you're got a stuffed up nose from a cold or if you snore at night. It stopped my hubby's snoring at night so I love it!

Both my husband and I have tried these- with mixed results. However, that was probably due to the reasons that we tried them.

For my husband (who snores like a chainsaw), they really didn't so enough to reduce the snoring to a more manageable level (which is why we had bought them for him). Needless to say, they got relegated to the top shelf of the medicine cabinet and forgotten. Was not happy about that since I think they were quite pricey at the time- especially since, for him, they weren't going to be used.

Fast forward a few years and I got some as samples on a recent trip. I finally got around to using them one night when I was slightly congested- hoping to be able to breathe so that I could sleep. After reading the instructions 20 times to make sure that I got it on right- oh my word! They were fabulous! I was able to breathe that night and got a great night's sleep and my cold didn't progress any further.

I told my hubby about them and he reminded me that we still have a very unused box in the cabinet- so to humour me he tried them again, but they still didn't help with his snoring.

Bottom line- I've found a way to breathe at night so that the only reason I might not sleep now is because of hubby's snoring!

Pros: Great for light to moderate breathing issues/congestion (i.e. allergy/cold)
Cons: Can be pricey (I'm sure I've seen them on sale or coupons) and they really don't work to reduce moderate to severe snoring.

I love breathe right strips! I have a better night's sleep because of them. They tend to be a bit pricey, but if you have access to Costco, they're a great deal there! 60 strips for $22.99. That's two month's worth if you use them each night like I do. I have tried competitor's brands and none seem to work as well as breathe right. If you happen to have night time congestion like I do, give them a try!

My husband snores terribly and we have to sleep in separate bedrooms because of it.

We tried these nasal strips and they did not work at all.

I would not recommend them.
