Now I did not like this flavor at all.
The mango was too over powering The chocolate itself was smooth and creamy though. My kids enjoyed this bar.
I usually like mango flavored products but this was too over powering and give it a taste I couldn't stand.

I will defiantly purchase the tablet bars but not this flavor.

Of the three Brookside Tablet Bar flavors I've tried, this was the only one I really disliked. Although I did enjoy the crispy coconut bits, the mango flavor tasted artificial and somewhat perfumy. It left a bad aftertaste in my mouth and I tossed out the remaining half of the bar. Really disappointed by this one.

So yes I did get the chocolate bar as part of a sampling program, but in real life I'd have given it a pass because it's got mango in it and I don't love mango, in fact that weird sulfur-y aftertaste I find real mango has is here too, so perhaps they're using real fruit.

Unlike the Blueberry version, I didn't find the smell overwhelming when I opened the it. The coconut, crispy texture was nice enough, but again I don't love dried fruit in my chocolate, so this one is a miss for me.

The dark chocolate is a decent quality, but I found the mango flavour to be somewhat artificial. This is a large, thick bar, so the quantity is good.
