First of all I'd like to thank Chick Advisor for choosing me as one of the Brookside Dark Chocolate Tablet Bar reviewers! :D

So for this review, I decided to gathered my husband and 3 kids to join me at the dining table for a taste test. We each got one square from each of the 3 flavours we were sent (and I hid the rest in my purse, so I wouldn't have to share anymore :P )
We all really loved every one of the flavours, so it took us a while to decide on which one we liked best.

Here are the vote results:

3 votes for the Tart Cherry Crisp with Pomegranted (my 2 sons and I )
1 vote for the Mango Coconut Crisp (my daughter)
1 vote for the Blueberry Almond with Acai (my husband)

Additional observations:
You can taste the quality in Brookside chocolate, you can tell they didn't cheap out on the ingredients, honestly the best tasting chocolate I have every had.
The packaging is very nice, love the bright eye catching colours, even the foil the bars are wrapped in under the box they come in is really pretty/appealing to the eye colours.

Oh, and did you notice they are a Canadian company!

I received the Tart Cherry Crisp with Pomegranate Flavour from ChickAdvisor for review purposes. I've always been a big fan of Brookside chocolates and loved these bars! Given the price, these will remain as a treat, but they were very enjoyable.

I received this free to test from Chickadvisor! Of the three flavors I tried this one was decidedly my favorite. It was a perfect blend of rich dark chocolate and chewy tart cherry pieces. It also had crispy pieces which gave the chocolate bar and awesome texture combination. The balance in this bar was my favorite as everything was spot on the flavors weren't too sweet and the texture was perfect. I would definitely recommend this chocolate bar to any chocolate lover and I will definitely be buying in the future. This is another awesome chocolate combination from Brookside.

Absolutely love this bar! Creamy dark chocolate, sweet cherry pieces with a lovely pomegranate flavour. I don't usually like cherries and anything cherry flavoured but I just loved this bar! I enjoyed it very much with a cup of tea.

THIS IS SO GOOD!! I was fortunate enough to get this chocolate to try with a @chickadvisor campaign. I am a fan of fresh pomegranates and cherries so was curious how would they taste candied in a chocolate bar and YUM! They taste so good, the tartness goes well with dark chocolate.
Will be watching out for sales on this one, it is a little on the higher side price-wise but I definitely want to have more!!!

I received my box containing the 3 flavours to test and review #BrooksideChocolateBars, in the mail on January 19, 2016. I wasn't in the mood for chocolate at the time so I used my next best food foodie tester, my son Markus. Markus was quite impressed with the bitter sweet flavour of dark chocolate flavours mixed with a variety of fruits and nuts. Looks like we found a winner and future purchase will commence. A definite yes to brook side for a hearty, savioury chocolate snack bar. Great for bribing my son to do the dishes and clean up his room. You saved my sanity this week.

I like cherry chocolate. Cherry and dark chocolate makes a good combination. It didn't need the pomegranate flavour. I find pom flavour never really tastes like pom. But I mean some people might really be into pomegranate flavour. Was it added to make it taste more "healthy"? I'm not sure.

I'm very excited that brookside decided to make bars....it's much easier to transport in my very structured purse, and takes up much less space.

The bar has a clean break and good flavours. I'm a chocoholic and it did the job. I shared this at work and people did enjoy this bar. It wasn't my favourite though. I would recommend it since my coworkers did take a liking to this bar. Out of the 3 bars I got to try, I still prefer mango and coconut...flavours that are cleaner.

This is a good general eating bar, when I don't really want to think too deeply but just want to satisfy a craving for chocolate. It's good dark chocolate flavour, clean break, and good melt.

To me it's a different category then Soma single origin bars or other bean to bar manufacturers. It's not as good as Soma, but it's also not priced like Soma either.

It's a good eating bar that won't break the bank! I would recommend you give it a try. :-)

It is going to be so hard to pick a favorite from these #Brookside Chocolate Tablet Bars. I was very lucky to get to try and review these yummy made with #darkchocolate @Brookside Chocolate Bars #forfree thanks to #ChickAdvisor. My family and I sat down last night after dinner with our usual pot of tea. I opened this #Brookside Chocolate Bar (Tart Cherry Crisp with Pomegranate Flavor) Right away I could smell chocolate and the cherries. It smelt heavenly. I shared it with my family they thought it was so delicious they also commented on how great the flavor combinations blended so well together making it a very yummy, very affordable and a healthy treat. We all really are enjoying #Brookside Chocolate Bars.

Such a great chocolate bar to go with dessert and wine. I love the tart taste of the cherry mixed in with the chocolate. Great combination! Something worth trying! Brookside has amazing quality in their chocolates!

I LOVED this chocolate! The tartness of the cherry/pomegranate and the texture added by the crispy bits really appealed to me.

I also like how easy it is to break into small squares so that I don't overindulge :)
