I really enjoyed this product and so did my family. I felt happier about giving it to them rather than regular pasta. I received the product free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club and would try it again after tasting it. It is a decent value for the price

Thanks ChickAdvisor for the free try of Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti - The texture is definitely different from standard pasta. Much heavier, and a little grainy. The taste is actually fairly decent, especially being a 'healthy' pasta. Others we have tried are nearly inedible, but the Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti works - used for homemade spaghetti and meatballs - my Family did notice the difference (I didn't tell them first about changing the pasta). Both teenagers liked it - my youngest actually preferred it over white pasta - I liked it, would consider using it again, but likely would not use in a white sauce or pesto, because of the texture.
The cook was good - be careful though - a touch too long and it goes thick and starchy.

I received the Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti free as part of the Chick Advisor review club. It was okay, but honestly not as good as the pasta I usually buy. While there was nothing specifically wrong with it, I found it forgettable and average in taste and consistency.

Today I made the catelli smart veggie pasta. I prepared it in a light tomato sauce accompanied with my homemade meatballs on the side. The pasta held up very well in the sauce. It tasted delicious and my kids didn't notice the extra added veggies in the noodles ( they still don't think it had added veggies) I would definitely purchase this product in the future. It will be added to my monthly staples instead of regular spaghetti noodles!!

We have mixed reviews on this pasta after receiving it from Catelli to try. My two daughters didn't enjoy it at all. I had to make them something else for dinner. My grandma thought it was too tough. My hubby and myself didn't mind the taste and texture. Not sure if I will be buying this one in the near future.

I love pasta but it is not always the best option. I love that there are now options for pasta that has some added benefits like this product. In addition to the fibre it also has a serving of vegetable which helps to balance out and make the pasta more healty. I didn't find a difference in the flavour or texture of the product from regular pasta. It was easy to prepare and cooked just like regular pasta as well. I would for sure purchase this again.

I was excited to try this as I love pasta, but I love to eat healthy as well. So this is a win win - cooked up very nicely with some veggies, olive oil and parmesan cheese. It had a nice flavour to it as well.

my kids and my husband loved this they did not realized it was nutritious. i would like to have more in the box had to make more pasta to feed all of us .

I was excited to try the new Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti as making sure my family eats healthy food is a priority for me. I received a package of Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I prepared the spaghetti according to the recipe provided. I normally make a tomato based sauce, but because the spaghetti had a veggie flavour, it was still delicious. Our family could taste the veggies in the spaghetti which was a pleasant change from the regular spaghetti. I would definitely purchase this product again, but only if I had a coupon.

Now we enjoyed eating this, it was excellent, will be buying the product again, we enjoyed it with spagetti sauce and meatballs, thanks, I received the product free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club.
