I was expecting to dislike this pasta, but it really didn't taste that different from our regular pasta. It does have a slight veggie aftertaste, but its mild. I will definitely be buying this pasta as a healthier option for my family.

I really enjoyed this pasta - I received it as part of the ChickAdvisor trial group. I cooked the pasta and had it with two separate sauces - a pomodoro sauce with chicken, and a mushroom cream sauce. The pasta was easy to cook, and tasted great with the sauces. I also liked that it had extra benefits. I even tried reheating it (leftovers!) and it stood up well against regular pasta. I'll be buying this one again!

Another great healthier alternative from Catelli! A great way to include veggies in your diet without people or little kids even knowing! A great kitchen staple!

When I got this Catelli Spaghetti in the mail I was very excited. I was looking for a way to add more veggies and fiber into their diet. They both loved this and didn't notice a difference in taste or texture. This product is a perfect way too increase the nutrient intake and have your kids not fight you. I highly recommend this.

I was happy to receive the Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. What is great about this product is that it has so many hidden vegetables and a good amount of protein and fibre. Great to get your kid to eat healthy without them even knowing it!

I made an alfredo sauce to go with these noodles instead of the traditional tomato and I was impressed! It only added to the flavor. The noodles were firm enough to hold the thick sauce and I honestly couldn't tell that they were made with vegetables instead of just grains. Even my children and my picky husband liked them.

Family loved this dish we made the suggested recipe. It was wonderful, the noodles are great, excellent quality. Would purchase weekly for our family pasta night as the pasta is versatile.

I received this for free to try from Chickadvisor. I love that it is healthier than regular pasta and has more nutrients. The flavour was nice it added an extra taste to our meal. It cooked quick, I like my pasta el dente so I don't cook it all the way. It had a nice pasta texture. I thought it was going to be too soft. Overall I like it and would buy it to change it up. I think I will probably mix regular pasta with the smart veggie pasta though. I recommend this for a healthier option

Catelli's Smart Veggie Spaghetti tastes just as great as regular white spaghetti. There is barely a difference in taste or texture - especially when you serve it with tomato or cream sauce. I think this pasta would be great for sneaking into picky children's meals just to add extra veggies and nutrients into their diets. I would definitely buy this just because I like knowing that I am making a healthy choice when eating pasta.
