This salmon fillet comes marinated and already on the cedar plank....ready for bbq or oven. I used mine in the oven. It cooks fast because the fish is tiny. You will need to make sure you have a lot of sides so you are not hugry at the end. It tasted find. I think I want to try another flavour though
