Effective-YES!
I tend to get the puffy eyes and I really hate it. I relish the non puffy eye days! I really loved the CeraVe Eye Repair Cream, it lightened and brightened my eyes, my dark circles and puffy under eye area. I am usually pretty cautious about selecting creams to use on any area of my face as I am super sensitive, but I was A-OK with the eye repair cream, no irritation or reaction -Bonus for me!
I would say within 2 weeks you could really see a lessening of the natural puffiness that occurs under my eyes and my face looks brighter for that. Personally I was really impressed with my results and I would pay for the cream again.

This product worked pretty well. Definitely noticed that my eyes looked less tired but did nothing for the dark circles under my eyes. I liked that it was a non greasy formula and it absorbed very quickly.

I've been using this every day since receiving and I would love to say it's fantastic but I'm not exactly sure what it's suppose to do. I do not see a significant difference around my eyes, there's no wrinkle removal, no brightening. Right now I use it as a moisturizer so my under eye concealer goes on more smoothly. Other than that I don't see a difference.

It was a great moisturizer but it does nothing for the dark circles under my eyes.

Nice cream but I couldn't notice a difference between this and my regular night cream. Nice though just expensive

i did not notice any difference on my eyes, i have dark circles and it did not even lighten them at all. i wish it worked!!!

CeraVe Eye Repair Cream works really good! I've tried a lot of different eye creams and unlike the rest, this one is a keeper. My eyes are now looking way less tired then I feel...thank you CeraVe!

I got this for free from chickadvisor in the mail a few weeks ago. I started using it for about 2 weeks now and already have seen a change. i used to have dark bags under my eyes and now i can tell they arent as dark as they used to be! Its super easy to put on, all you do is rub the cream under your eyes and there you go! Im loving this product!

I had the opportunity to try the CeraVe Eye Repair Cream and was pretty disappointed. While I found it quite moisturizing and comfortable on my skin it did irritate my eyes. I found my eyes to slightly burn even though I was very careful to keep the cream far enough under my lash line and while wearing my eyes continually watered. It did work well under my makeup though and once it was dry was completely un-noticeable which is really important to me. When it came to actual effectiveness I personally didn't notice any change in either the bags under my eyes or fine wrinkles unfortunately.
