I love this store! I can always find something here. I especially love shopping online from Chapters. It's so easy and their shipping always comes faster then they say its going to. Which I love. I have never had any problems ordering online and Its so fun to be in the store. So many awesome stuff to look at. Great kids section too!!

Chapters/Indigo is the best book store around. There is something there for everyone and love the kid area. I also love grabbing a drink from Starbucks and looking at the knick/knacks. Also love ordering online and within 2 days the order is at your door!

I could spend all day there. Looking and buying!

I love the promotions that this store is always running, and the plum rewards card is a really nice touch too seeing as I shop there quite a bit. Being able to get my comics, novels, and research materials all in the same place is a huge bonus.

The kids section is wonderful with all of the toys and gift ideas. I can't come in to this store without staying for at least half an hour and it's rare that I leave empty handed.

Can't get enough of this place! Love the atmosphere and the selections of books they have. They also have a play center for my daughter to keep busy while I browse through books! Thumbs up chapters!

I love going to Chapters and browsing. Their home decor items are overpriced in my opinion, but you can find unique things. Unfortunately they keep closing their stores...just recently another by my work closed. I think it's because the prices are high and there are other ways now to buy inexpensive books (electronically). A lot of people I think just go to read there on their lunch break (which is unfortunately what I did too). Hoping they don't completely go out of business, but also, a lot of their stuff is WAY cheaper online. So maybe they're going to eventually get rid of their stores. Hmm.

I love Indigo. I am the biggest reader and I always shop there. They often always have what I am looking for either in-store or online. They have great promotions throughout the year. I love the fact that they have added the home décor section now and have even purchased some of these items. They have also teamed up with Kobo for e-readers and e-books. I am a loyal plum rewards collector.

This is my favourite online (and not online) store. I shop at Chapters every few weeks for something. New books, baby gifts, birthday gifts, etc. Plus they have the absolute cutest stationery and mugs.

Love Chapters online - they are my go-to store for online book shopping. Great accessories too! Fast shipping and they often have promo codes out to save you some $$

In the age of electronic books, and because they are so easy to travel with, I don't often visit Chapters to purchase hard copy books anymore. I do still love to browse, get a Starbucks coffee and sit to enjoy the atmosphere there. I also love their selection of home decor - which are many of my main purchases at Chapters now.
