Je j'achète que les pépites de chocolat chipit au lait. Ils sont très bon dans toutes les recettes que nous pouvons faire et meme que quelque fois nous en mangeons juste pour nous faire plaisir.

I used to use the semi-sweet chips but once I discovered these I have switched. I find these chips are not as sweet as the semi-sweet ones. As I age I am finding the semi sweet a little too sweet. The milk chocolate chips can be eaten just as chocolate if you need your chocolate fix and don’t have a candy bar available. Make delicious cookies.

Sans contredit le meilleur pour cuisiner... mais tellement cher pour la quantité. Plus facile d'utilisation que le Baker's, plus versatile aussi... Mais si vous ne chercher qu'un léger gout de chocolat dans une recette, vaut mieux en prendre un autre moins cher. Celui-là je me le réserve pour les 'vrais' desserts au chocolat!
