Nice 'n Easy by Clairol is a great box color. They have so many color options, and are easy to read numbering and lettering system for choosing the right color. Nice 'n Easy has always given me great , soft, manageable, shiny, strong pigmented color with an easy no drip application and enough in the box to give me a full color or 2 root touch ups. The price is what I love. You get the wonderful, satisfying results you want for under $10!!! And don't forget "multi tonal highlights" in one box..

Clairol is a well known company and has been around since 1931 !! It actually started in salons, then in 1956 was the first at home permanent hair color known as "Miss Clairol At Home Color Bath"

If I can't decide on what color I want or if I want to change to something new.. I always fall back on Clairol, and not just Nice 'n Easy, they have other's like L'Image, Natural Instincts, and Age Defy.

This is my go-to boxed hair colour brand. I have been using it for a few years now. It's inexpensive and works well. I do find that it leaves my hair dry.

I am at an age where my hair is staring to grey at the roots. I have been wanting to color my hair for a long time. I used the Natural Black, 2/122. The kit's instructions are very easy to follow. It does not have the strong smell that some dye has. I know because when I was young and every time my mom dyed her hair, I always felt like throwing up. After using Clairol, my hair looks very natural, does not look like it has been dyed. It is shiny and vibrant. The conditioner supplied helps keep my hair soft and natural looking. After two weeks of using it, my hair still maintains its color and not fading at all.

I try to buy my hair colour on sale with coupons as it is something I have to use every 6 weeks and without fail this is a brand that when on sale I stock up. Coupons are readily available which is an added bonus. It covers the grey well without burning your head like some other brands.

I have been using this product for years and have saved hundreds as a result. Easy to put on, amount of product is more than adequate, tray is stable and gloves provide protection for hands. Clairol provides a toll free phone number help line. I leave on for 15 which is perfect every time.

I used this product regularly for a few months. I thought it was easy to use, and also provided great coverage. Unfortunately, I found that this product washed out too quickly, despite me only washing my hair a few times a week, and that I had to re-apply hair colour almost every four weeks. While for some that may not be an issue, this was too much of a hassle for me.
