I usually get my hair coloured at the salon but this is great for the in between and has great grey coverage. It's usually something you can get on sale and or a coupon too!

Great when in a hurry

I use Nice and Easy to color my hair every couple of months. I love the Roots touch up for those in between time when you're in a hurry but the roots are starting to show. Easy to use and works great.

Calico hair... Coming right up!

I bought this to return my hair to its natural color... Or so I thought! Instead of covering the few grays I do have, it ended up turning the roots various shades of orange, and the ends very dark, virtually black in places. I ended up looking like a Calico cat!

Best product for grey coverage

I have really stubborn grey hair. Nice 'n Easy is the best one I've tried, and I have tried many. There is such a large selection to pick from, plus I mix two colours to get the perfect shade for me.

Amazing Color - Poor Staying Power

I have purchased Flare Clairol now in three different colors - the worst color hold has to be Burgandy 5VVR (Alpha-Red). Now the texture and application is great. The gray coverage great. Where is totally drops the bomb is the "bleeding" that seems to come from reds. I expect bleeding for up to a week with reds. This color actually BLEEDS for WEEKS! Yes, you read that correct - weeks. I shower/wash my hair in almost completely cold water and still get the high bleeds. I even have to sleep with a towel over my pillows due to the consistent bleeding (yes even the rubbing causing bleeding).

I just feel like you should be warned. Great pricing, great color - WILL NOT BUY EVER AGAIN due to the bleeding (which happened with the green & blues as well).

My go to

I'm lazy so I use root touch up all the time to avoid having to dye my whole head. I'll seriously go months and months without using anything but these kits. The colour matches well. I get compliments on my hair colour! It is easy to apply. The only thing I don't like is the chemical smell and that it makes my hair a bit dry.

Hair dye on the cheap

This is a good, cheap drug store hair dye. It has a good selection of colours and matching root touch up kits. It has a bit of a chemical smell. I have to leave it on the maximum amount of time for my grays but even then the previously grey hair is sometimes a touch lighter than the rest of my hair.

I rarely use boxed hair dye but when I do I always go for this brand because they are nice shades that don't damage my hair. Nice natural looking results.
