This is literally a must-have. PERFECT for "no-makeup makeup" days. This tight lines the eye in a way that is invisible and it thus looks very natural. So glad I discovered this!!

The clarins 3-dot liner makes using eyeliner simple. The 3-dot liner allows you to get very close to your lash line by just dotting along your lash liner and going over it after should you wish to fill in the gaps. This is really good for people who are new to liquid liner and like the look.
