It’s pretty!

I found this nail lacquer to go on well. You could get away with just one coat, but if you want it to pop, then at least two coats is needed. The whole polish system (base + color + top coat) itself lasted about a day and a half before it chipped on me. Was I wowed over this. No. But it was super pretty while it lasted. #gotitfree

Cute and good quality but nothing too special

The colour was cute and true to the bottle. Nice and bright when applied and went on smoothly. I did like the brush, it was easy to apply and wasn't streaky. Overall though it's still pretty average - comparable to all the rest of the Essie's and OPIs I have in my collection. Nothing about it really stood out to me in terms of having an advantage over any of the others.

I wasn't overly impressed with this polish. I received the bright pink colour, which is a hard sell for me to wear in the fall but do it for the review right? I needed two coats to get an opaque colour, but it went on smoothly and the brush was nice. When dry, the polish was surprisingly shiny - you almost don't need a topcoat unless you're going to actually use your hands for things.

That's where I was unimpressed. I wore this polish to work (retail) for one day, and the ends were worn off and two nails were chipped. I did use the topcoat as well, which in my opinion should protect that colour.. so it's hard to say if the polish failed me or the topcoat. Either way, it should last on my nails more than a day.

I wouldn't buy this polish, but if you're a person who doesn't use their hands much or maybe works a desk job and doesn't do much manual labour, it would be fine.

Not too bad, but not great either.

I really LOVED the color of the nail polish I received, it was the "Crimson like it hot" color, along with top and base coat. The color was vibrant and it only took two coats of it to get the normal coverage. That being said.... that was about the only good things I found. I use a lot of nail polish, and normally don't even smell it anymore, but the smell was incredibly intense. IT smelled very strongly of chemical and even my hands smelled for a few hours after. My other big issue with this is the time it takes to chip. It took only a day and a half for my nail polish to chip. I try to watch what I'm doing to save my nails but I can't always do that, with other colors and top coats I've gotten at least a week out of them. This one lasted less than 2 days.

If you're looking for some serious pigment, keep looking.

I LOVED the box and the wrapping that my CND Creative Play set came in (#gotitfree !). I was happily surprised that I received 'Nocturne it Up' (a rose gold and silver sparkle flaked black) just in time for Halloween! I was not so happy at how it applied. It seemed gluey and did not go on smoothly. I had to apply many coats which isn't out of the norm when it comes to black nail polish however i was unimpressed with the evenness and over all feel afterward. The polis did dry fast and was on the lower end of the stinky side. Id like to try some other colors in the future!

Not the greatest

I received this in the mail and I got to say I am not a fan. I love the colour, it is a fantastic blue colour and I am super impressed with the colour that came out. The product it self isn't very good, its peeling already and it was hard to get a nice smooth layer. I could either put on a layer that was too thick and would pool at the bottom or a thin layer that would look patchy.

Just so so nail polish

I was really excited to try this product free thanks to chickadvisor! I was hoping for great results as a whole nail polish system, but already the next day I have chipping happening :( also I thought I would love the pink colour but something about it just doesn't pop as much as I'd like.

Nothing special

I received this as a test sample. I received a red colour, called "CRIMSON LIKE IT HOT". The colour is rich and it did not need more than one coat. However, the polish started chipping after 3 days although I used the base coat and the top coat.

high expectations low results

i had the fortune of being selected to test out the nocturnal holo nail polish and the top and base coats. i was so excited to get to test the holo polish because i am obessed with holo but when i got it the majority of the holo was stuck to the side of the bottle and that reduced the amount of holo that ended up on the nails. i ended up having to add my own loose holos to the polish.

Nice

I like the colour variety but it's not durable...Not my fav but it's less expensive than some brands I know. I suggest you to buy them if you like summer colours because they are pretty refreshing.
