J'ai bien aimé cette couche de protection longue tenue!

J'ai été sélectionnée pour tester le vernis CND Vinylux top coat. J'ai reçu le produit GRATUITEMENT et je suis bien heureuse! J'ai bien aimé cette couche de protection longue tenue. La tenue est bonne. Par contre, le vernis a commencé à s'écailler vers le 4eme jour. Cependant, il était encore portable jusqu'au 7eme jour. Son application est facile et son odeur pas trop agressant. Je recommande ce produit à tous!

Decent top coat!

I do my nails often and have tried many top coats. This one is definitely up in my top three. It goes on so smooth and really leaves the polish with a flawless finish. It also dries extremely fast with is so convenient! The reason I didn’t give it a 5 was because mine started to chip after about 4 days. And it’s pretty expensive. I have other top coats that are half the price that give my polishes a longer life. Overall, really good quality and would recommend!

A home manicure made easy.

I tend to follow instructions very well when using different products. This top coat was the perfect finish to the weekly polish. It was easy to apply due to the width of the brush, making it a 2 or even one swipe application. It went on smoothly, with a thin layer, protecting the nail polish itself. I can see myself using the not only alongside the weekly polish, but incorporating it with future manicures. I am a busy mom who works from home and I cannot find the time to set out and get a manicure or pedicure. I put it to the test. I put it to the mommy test. I cooked, I cleaned, I worked from home all keeping in mind that I am wearing this polish as a test. I even hand washed the dishes sans gloves to see if it would last. I usually do not hand wash dishes and if I do I wear gloves, but for this test I had to just see. It past all my tests with flying colors. My nailpolish did not chip.

Lasted through a week of Dodgeball

I was really happy to receive the CND™ Vinylux™ Top Coat along with the Weekly Polish in MIDNIGHT BLUE #gotitfree
I tried the recommended 2 coats of color + top coat on one hand, 1 coat of color + top coat on the other hand, and 1 coat of color and NO top coat on my toes (for a week). I played Dodgeball 3/4 times in that period and was very surprised at how the polish held up to the punishment. There was very minimal wear at the very tips on the double coated hand, and a little bit of wear/chipping on the single coated hand. My toes still look great (but they weren't the one throwing balls around). For 3 coats (including the top coat) I was really impressed how fast the polish dried! With other brands I would have had to wait around for a whole Netflix episode to finish before I could touch anything, this stuff was pretty much fully dry in less than 15 minutes. It came off fairly easily as well with regular dollar store nail polish remover. All in all I really enjoyed the top coat and should I ever use this up I would certainly buy it again.

Great Finishing!

I think the top coat is the reason why the finish of the nail polish is so amazing. It look like gel but with better result. For now, I'm really satisfying, and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna buy it again. 7 days... I'm exciting to see if it's gonna be truth. But for now, for what I've done since I apply it, I can believe that it's a strong nail top coat. Hope it won't damage my nail (like the gel one). I'm really happy that I had the chance to try it. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Smooth

The clear coat goes on smooth. The brush is rather large which can be a little tricky if you have smaller nails. The clear coat seems to help the polish from chipping and left a nice shine.

Good top coat

I used this top coat over two coats of the CND VINYLUX polish. The top coat applies nice and thick, yet dries quickly, which is great. No need for more than one layer of top coat. Attached is a photo after 7 days and it did chip a bit but not as bad as some other brands.

I loved the colour of the nail polish I got. Tropical coral. It was gorgeous! The nail polish dries super fast between coats. And the brushes are so nice and easy to use. I did not find that it lasted a week as it claimed too. That was the only downfall of that product. Otherwise it was very nice.

CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat will last longer but not a week.

In the instructions of this top coat it says to clean your nails using a CND nail scrub, which was not provided to me to review. I did clean my nails, but I did not use the recommended product. I applied 2 coats of polish per instructions and a single layer top coat. I didn't use it on its own or try it with an alternative product, but I loved the combination with the polish. It definitely lasted longer than I typically expect my polish to last. I would like to try this again with the nail scrub that they recommend. I think that would increase the endurance.

After 24 hours and 2 times doing dishes, without gloves, my usual polish would be 3/4 gone by this time. After 72 hours, I have the same amount of chipping. I would like to try this again with the nail scrub that they recommend. I think that would just take it even longer.

I was a bit wary when I saw this being marketed as a weekly topcoat. The only time I manage to keep my polish looking nice for a week or more is when I use a UV lamp, but I was excited to see if this nail polish would be the exception. I received my free nail polish from the product review club (the colour was Tropix, it is beautiful and bright, a nice juxtaposition to the weather I'm experiencing) and top coat in the mail last Wednesday, put it on right away and let it stand the test of time. The first thing I noticed about this Topcoat is that it has a terrible plastic smell that I wasn't expecting, but I figured if it works well that wouldn't matter, and besides, it went away after about an hour.

After the first day I was happy to see no chips anywhere, but by the end of day two I had couple. By Sunday I had some major chips and by Monday evening I had to remove it. All in all, that isn't bad. Generally my nail polish doesn't last too long, because I'm not all that careful so I'm not totally displeased with the result. Five days is a pretty good result, and if I had put it on Sunday night, Generally, I think I'll keep using my UV light, but this will work when there isn't time for that.
