I like the minty taste of the mouthwash and how it doesn't burn your mouth when you swoosh it around. it's nice and mild even my kids use it . I would totally recommend

Yes but no

I really liked the taste because it doesnt burn like the others i previously used. I love the fresh mint taste of Colgate. But maybe because of that, i didnt feel as clean as when i use a mouthwash that burns a bit. Hard to explain, but it seems like it was not as effective as i wanted.
