I think Colourpop really has great products and I love the staying power of the Ultra Matte Lip. The only complain I have is it dries really fast once you apply it on your lips making it really hard to spread or smear it around. I almost have to use lip pencil all the time (There are days that I don't use lip pencil or lip liner)

It also stays on the cracks of your lips so it gives me an excuse to exfoliate more than twice a week. I just give myself a little brush on my lips while brushing my teeth. lol

The staying power is great but it still transfer everywhere. The product is well pigmented and I love the shades they have. One application stayed on my lips for 7 hours and I was eating and drinking too. I was quite impressed. The value is great compared to other brands. They always have something on sale.

These are pretty good for the price. They can be a bit drying at times but if I exfoliate my lips and use a good lip balm it feels fine. They have a ton of different colors so everyone can find their perfect nude or red.

Very cheap price (a little more expensive when shipping to Canada) most of the quality is really good but some of the colours don't apply as well as others so read the reviews and ratings before purchasing. Needs a steady hand to apply because it is hard to fix/take off. Super long lasting only need to re apply after eating/drinking.

I am recommending this with reservations; let me explain. Overall, I love the affordability of these lip products and I love the matte finish. They apply easily and dry quickly and I like the colour selection. The caveat is there seems to be issues with inconsistencies in colour. As a beauty blogger myself, I know all too well that there can be differences in photos either due to lighting or computer screens, but I have compared the exact same shade from different batches and found them to be radically different. It is really disappointing expecting one colour and getting something quite different that you may not love. I has a great price point so it isn't a huge loss, but if your beauty budget is limited, you don't want to waste it on something you don't want. There are other affordable brands on the market to choose from that don't have these consistency issues, so if this price is still too much to throw away, I recommend looking elsewhere.
