Reviewing the clean fresh nourishing foundation

I would not buy this foundation not because it's not a good foundation, but because I love full coverage foundation, I will definitely recommend this product to anyone who likes a light coverage foundation.

Just…no

I #gotitfree in exchange for my honest review. This product had been on my wish list for a while. It sounded super promising and right up my alley—I love a light coverage foundation and I’m vegan! But this skin milk smells bad (like bread) and doesn’t blend into the skin. It pilled up in balls and looked like a streaky mess when I tried to blend it out. 10/10 do not recommend.

Great for Any Age

The COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Nourishing Skin Milk Foundation is perfect if your looking for a clean beauty routine. It’s 100% vegan and cruelty free. Plus it only contains clean ingredients hence its name clean and fresh. It doesn’t contain any chemicals such as formaldehyde’s, parabens or talc.

It went on very smoothly and didn’t absorb into my brush like some foundations can. A little foundation added up to a lot of coverage so I really feel like a tube of this foundation would last you quite some time. Just be careful, when I first twisted the cap off a ton poured out on me. Not sure if I squeezed too hard or if there was pressure inside the bottle. As I applied this foundation it felt light and nice on my skin. It didn’t feel like I was wearing any foundation which I love. My skin is slowly starting to age and this foundation flowed over my skin perfectly and didn’t put any emphasis on my fine lines. In fact it helped hide my fine lines. Making me think this foundation would be great for all skin ages. Its supposed to blur imperfections and even out skin tones and it did just that for me. I tend to have dry skin and the moisturizing formula helped hydrate my skin and gave it a glowy look. A bonus is that it made my skin feel moisturized without feeling sticky and wet. It lasted all day and I wasn’t in a hurry to wash it off by the end of the day because it was so light I forgot I was wearing make-up. I was also able to build upon this foundation by adding the Clean and Fresh Hydrating Concealer and Pressed Powder. The trio work fabulously together. Overall I was quite impressed. I can wear this foundation alone and it still does a fabulous job of covering imperfections.

So lightweight!

I am really enjoying the skin milk foundation. It blends very well. It’s light but if you want more coverage you can build it up. It lasts all day without creasing or slipping. It least a dewy finish that makes you look fresh and youthful. I will absolutely buy again.

Easy to blend

Covergirl Clean Fresh Skin Milk foundation is very sheer to light foundation that is good for your skin. Great to use for a no makeup, make-up day. It leaves a natural finish

So beautiful on my skin

I got this “Covergirl Clean Fresh Skin Milk Foundation in Fair-Light” from chick advisor. It is one of my new favourite foundations. I would describe the coverage as light but it can definitely be considered medium coverage. I applied 2 layers of the foundation and it provided beautiful medium coverage. It is super hydrating and has coconut milk and aloe which are great for my normal skin. I love how easily the foundation blends onto my skin and how light it feels. It feels like a skin tint and left my skin feeling soft and glowing. I definitely am going to buy another one once I run out.

My new go to!

This has definitely become a new everyday product for me. It provides a light - medium coverage that looks very natural on the skin and wore very well when set with powder. This product could easily be applied with the fingers for a quick application. I enjoyed that this even out my skin and gave a blurred look while not feeling heavy. As with most brands I would like to see an extended shade range for medium and deeper tones.

Dewy Finish it great!

I liked this foundation it went on very smooth and was easy to blend, the 100% vegan is very important too me as I really look at ingredients when it comes to my skin! I usually do like more coverage, but this is perfect for a day outside when you want a lighter feel for foundation!

Light Coverage

I'm a huge fan of light coverage- I don't want to hide my natural beauty, I want to enhance it! This product helps me do that. I applied with a beauty blender and it worked perfectly. It blended in nicely and actually did a great job of smoothing out my pores, which is usually an issue for me. The colour was hard to match for me, but once I put all products on (blush bronzer etc) it wasn't so noticeable. I would definitely recommend giving this a go!

not for me

when i first applied the foundation, my skin started tingling, the first sign of irritation. it is not full coverage, so my babes with dark spots, it is not for you. the good part is that it did not make my skin dry.
