great skin

I received this product from the Covergirl sampling program. I really like the way it's packaged up but it's a small sample so it's really hard to review. I do have to say that it smells really good.I love that it goes on the skin really smooth and it absorbs really fast. thank you for this product. #COVERGIRL #easybreezybeautiful

Hydrating

I am so pleased to have had the opportunity to try this amazing product. Not only does it have a smooth velvety gel like texture but it is lightweight, super absorbent and hydrating on the skin. The bonus is that it has a light pleasant fragrance.

Lightweight and hydrating

I received a sample of Covergirl Clean Fresh Skincare Weightless Water Cream and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't know what to expect based on the name 'water cream' but that's exactly what it feels like. It was very lightweight and went on very smoothly. It was not greasy and it absorbed very well. My skin is very dry in the winter and after having the cream on for several hours I still feel fully hydrated. I love that it's naturally derived and it has an added bonus of hyaluronic acid. I would definitely recommend this product.

I just tried this product , I do love cover girl to begin with , I wanted to have an open mind .
The smell was a nice light fragrance, which I loved. There was a small tingle after I used it and found that my skin immediately started to tighten and was amazed at how quickly that it absorbed in to my skin. I have a small amount left in the packaging that was sent. I am eager to try this again. As I write, I find my skin becoming smoother, and the scent lingers. My skin feels clean. I cant wait to use this product again...

Great First Impression

This cream is 100% vegan, oil free, and is formulated with Cactus Water & Hyaluronic Acid to keep your skin hydrated for up to 72 hours.

I'm a huge fan of Hyaluronic Acid, so I know how well this ingredient works to lock in the moisture my skin needs. As for Cactus Water (also known as Opuntia Ficus-Indica Fruit Water on the ingredient list) this is completely new to me, so of course I had to do a bit of research. Cactus Water has a blend of antioxidants, electrolytes and vitamins which can help replenish your skin's collegen levels and help protect your skin from sun damage as well as aging.

Based off first impressions this cream melted into my skin and felt truely weightless while leaving my skin feeling soft and hydrated. As for the 72 hour hydration claim, I have a daily morning and night skincare routine but with these ingredients and continued use I could see potential in this product.

Moisturizing but a bit too scented

I really like the texture of this product. It sinks into my skin and made it feel soft and moisturized. However, the scent is a bit too powerful for me personally. I don't like when a moisturizer scent lingers, and this one leans a bit perfume-y. Happy to have had the opportunity to try a free sample though. It definitely delivers on the moisture.

Tacky feeling on skin

This moisturizer is lightweight, but after a while it felt tacky and sticky on my skin. I was interested in a light moisturizer because I have oily skin, but sadly this didn’t give me what I wanted. I’ve used pricier water based moisturizers so I was looking for something more affordable that would still hydrate my skin, but this is something I wouldn’t want to buy.

nice texture but too many chemical ingredients

I got the opportunity to try this product for thanks to Butterly. The sample was very small to really evaluate the impacts on my skin. All I can tell is that it is a very pleasant texture when applied and my skin feels smooth and hydrated. But when reading the endless list of ingredients in the back of the tiny sample, it makes me re-think before applying it to my skin.

Good but not for me

It's a nice lotion that's scent free. However it's too heavy for my skin. I've got combination skin, I think this would be better for someone with dry skin

Hydratation intense

D’abord, il est arrivé à un parfait moment puisque le mois de janvier est glacial chez moi. Avec des températures allant jusqu’à -30C et des unités de chauffage qui fonctionnent sans arrêt, ma peau avait définitivement besoin d’hydratation. J’ai été un peu déçue de ne recevoir qu’un petit échantillon. J’aurais vraiment aimé pouvoir tester le produit sur une plus longue période, car dès l’application la sensation de légèreté et de fraîcheur se font ressentir. J’ai regagné un certain confort et un bel éclat au niveau du visage.
