Moisturizer left skin soft, plump, and hydrated

Being a lover of CoverGirl cosmetics for years, I didn’t know they had a skincare line which of course is cruelty-free and was excited to receive this sample of their "Clean Fresh Weightless Water Cream Moisturizer" from Chickadvisor through the Butterly Review Platform. This sample package of 1.5 ml allowed only about 2 applications and I absolutely loved it after the first try! It's 100% Vegan, and oil-free so it won't clog your pores, it's perfect for all skin types. Being very lightweight, it’s made with TruClean Cactus Water + Hyaluronic Acid. The texture is like a watery, gel-like cream and I love the scent that resembles aloe to me. It’s quite moisturizing, let me tell you, my skin felt soft, plump and super hydrated after that. It's also perfect under makeup and can be used as a primer. It definitely made my makeup look fresh even after hours of applying. It says that it's supposed to hydrate the skin for 72 hours but I didn't have enough of the product to test that out but this definitely would be a moisturizer I’d want to purchase and now it's got me curious about what other products are available in their skincare line I’d love to try. I think this cream is perfect for our harsh Canadian winters but also light enough that you can use any time of the year really. Absolutely love this product!! So happy that I had the opportunity to try it out!

Smells good!

I got a sample of the CoverGirl Weightless Water Cream to try for an honest review. I really liked the fresh scent of the cream. It felt very cooling when I tried it on and felt really good on my skin. It was very moisturizing and made my skin feel nice and smooth. I would like to have tested this cream for at least a week before giving a more thorough review but it was only a one time use.

AMAZING

This cream 2as hands down the best stuff I've tried in a long time!! Didnt leave my face oily, and absorbed really quickly. Best thing was the sent wasnt over the top! #covergirl #easybreezybeautiful

Very Nice

It has a nice light and clean smell. It also feels very light and smooth and absorbs very quickly. No greasy feeling, or shiny look afterwards like many moisturizers.

It’s great but stings a little bit

I really liked this water cream! I love the scent and the texture, and overall the moisture it provides. But what I mostly love about it is the price. It’s very affordable. I used this before my makeup routine to add some
Hydration and i overall liked how it applies and feels the only reason why I couldn’t give it more stars is because it did sting a little when applying. 3.5/5

COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Skincare Weightless Water Cr

This product felt nice and light to the touch . It felt nice and creamy smooth going on. 72 hour hydration. Great for sensitive skin no break outs since applying. Would love to try a bigger sample.

Light weight moisturizer

Loved this lightly fragranced moisturizer from Cover Girl. It applied evenly to my face and beck and absorbed quickly into the skin. I liked the fact that is was none greasy and light weight. It actually felt like nothing was on my skin. I will purchase this now that I’ve had the opportunity to try the sample. Thanks Butterly.

Left my skin feeling great!

I found this product to be super moisturizing, and left my skin feeling super smooth!

I do wish the sample was a little larger so that I could have tested using the product for a few days in a row to see the longer lasting effects of the product.

Works well

It's light and hydrating, good for combination skin. Would definitely purchase again. Made mu skin feel very moisturized and soft within a few applications.

Not good for winter

I found it did not work too well in cold winter as my skin feels dry. Texture is light so might be good for summer months. Smell is a it too strong for my liking.
