Didn't stay on ..

This stuff I found on sale at my local save on foods for $1.50 so of course I had to buy it.
I found 4 of them that were dark colors, my favorite so I purchased them and was hoping for better results.
They went on nice, but the glossyness never went away and this is a big pet peeve of mine because of wind, and hair sticking to it.. just lookin like a hot mess all the time and with it being dark, it ends up on your cheeks.. just not a good time.
The price was great for these, I'd NEVER pay full price for them.
