I have always been faithful to a different brand of diaper rash cream with all my kids. My newest addition, however, had been suffering with an awful diaper rash that I could not get to clear up despite all my tried and true methods from previous kids. I suppose her skin is a little extra sensitive! I read positive reviews on this cream and decided to give it a try and IT WORKED!!! Within a day I could see major improvements in her skin. I'm quite impressed with the quality of this product. It does have a strong smell but it heals and protects babies skin better than any product I've ever tried.

Best rash cream! I used this on all 3 of my boys and I would recommend it to anyone. My boys all had sensitive skin. this glides on silk and stays put. Wipes off easily when cleaning up.

I cannot use this diaper cream! The smell of it is absolutely horrid! It smells chemically and very very strong! I used it with my now 2 year old once when he was getting a rash and never again! I could smell the cream through his diaper and clothes. I may just be sensitive to it but it is terrible. Besides the smell of the cream I didn't find that it worked very well either. Not as quickly as other brands on he market, that combined with the terrible smell I never used it again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know with small babies! Yuck

Desitin is my go to cream for diaper rashes. It works on the worst rash and works fast. The smell is not great, but it could be worse! I keep a tub of this at all times.

I love this cream! I have a big tub at home and a tube in my diaper bag! My son has yet to have a diaper rash but my husband had a small rash on his arm. So I used desitin and it cleared it right up! A must have for any family!

This cream does not smell as bad as many other competitors which is an added bonus for me. I also like that it is super thick so it protects very well against diaper rash. The only downside (which you will get across the board) is that when you change the diaper it is rather hard to wipe it all since it is so thick. Overall I think it is a great product, and it works very well compared to other similar products I have tried.

This diaper cream is the best and it works. I used it for both of my boys and still using it on my 2 year old. I use it only when he has a bad rash and it clears it up in no time. I would recommend it to my friends and all moms!

I have used this for months. Great product. Nice and thick. Great for prevention too! Great price for a huge tub at Walmart. One tub lasted me for a long time.
